The Oklahoma City Investigation: A Sick $89 Million Joke

The Oklahoma City Investigation: A Sick $89 Million Joke

When the US military destroyed a $100,000,000 manufacturing plant in Sudan a few months ago, I found myself thinking about the Anti-Terrorist Act, one of the legal theories that "justified" the assault. We've since learned that: 1) the factory made medicine not chemical weapons, 2) enemy "du jour" Osama ben Laden appears not to have had any financial connection to it, and 3) the CIA had been warned long in advance of at least one of the embassy bombings that made our "counterattack" necessary.
Now, just a few months later, the news media has largely forgotten the story. As for the disastrous effect the loss of this plant will have on Sudan and its neighbors, that obvious question doesn't have seem to crossed the minds of anyone in the US news media.
The media, right, left and in between, has taken a similarly supine attitude towards the Anti-Terrorist Act. Should we really have a law which allows our government to do such things? And how in the world did we end up with a law like this in the first place?
The last question is easy to answer: The Anti-Terrorism Act was unpassable until 168 people were killed in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. And we all know what happened in that city on that day. Timothy McVeigh, a loner, a nut, a malcontent drove a Ryder truck packed with explosives made of fertilizer to the front of the A. P. Murrah Federal Building and set it off.
There's just one small problem with the story: it defies the laws of physics and common sense.

"You've got to see this!"
I was first clued in to the gaping holes in the Oklahoma City story by a video sent to me by one of my readers. Among other things, I document instances of election fraud, the crime that "never happens" in the US. My readers come from all over the political spectrum, from Marxists who see election fraud as yet another proof of the untenability of capitalism to rabid Rush-ites who are sure it's all a part of a liberal plot. Fortunately for my sanity, because I correspond with my readers on a regular basis, most fall somewhere in the middle.
One day a video arrived with a note saying in essence: "You've got to see this!" So I popped it in the VCR. What I saw shocked, but didn't surprise me. The video was made up of footage taken from live local TV news reports right after the bombing in Oklahoma City. The same theme was consistent throughout all the broadcasts: "A bomb has gone off inside the Murrah building and the bomb squad is clearing out rescue workers because additional bombs have been found."
Also included with this tape was a video of a public access interview with one Benton Partin, a retired Air Force Brigadier General. In it he makes the case that the major damage to the Murrah Building could only have been done by a bomb or bombs inside the building. His presentation was logical and his logic was unassailable. More on this later.
I don't need to have a ton of bricks fall on me to appreciate the obvious and I filed all this away as yet another example of the stupendous ineptitude of the US news media. Can't they get anything right? Can't they do anything other than rewrite government and corporate press releases? What's happened to independent reporting, seeking the truth, and all the other stuff I still naively believe is the reason we have a news media in the first place?

The great "militia kook" conspiracy hoax
Months later, I casually mentioned to a group of fellow journalists that we still don't know what damaged the Murrah Building so severely and one of them was all over me: "Don't you know that all those doubts are from stories planted by right wing militia kooks?"
No actually, I didn't know that. What I do know is that for several hours after the blast, the local media quite clearly and unequivocally referred to a blast inside the building, as did many of the eye witnesses and victims who were interviewed live on the scene. The anchors even read from a Justice Department press release that said the same thing.
But then the story changed. And the live feeds from the street stopped. Now it was a truck bomb parked in front of the building that did all the damage. Despite how you may disrespect local TV reporters, and how much many of them have earned that disrespect, they are pretty good at sticking microphones in people's faces and letting them talk. And when they don't start out with a preprogrammed agenda, they sometimes let the truth slip through.
Is it likely that right wing militia nuts seeded the street with victims and local officials to spread the "rumor" that there was a bomb inside the building? Is the FBI, which has been caught in so many lies they have filled several books, a likely source of reliable information about a tragedy they may have inadvertently had a hand in? (The Bureau had been warned the Murrah Building was a target for attack, but did nothing to protect the occupants.)
"But what about Partin? Surely he can't know what he's talking about. Surely he's a militia kook who dreams at night of overturning the federal government."

What about Partin
No, actually Partin is a man whose attitudes would be considered absolutely typical and mainstream in many parts of the country . He's a self-described Christian and proud of it, he hates Communism, and he believes its philosophy is the single biggest threat to American freedom. These attitudes are hardly uncommon among career military men. In fact, it would have been hard to rise to the level of Brigadier General during the Cold War without holding them.
Furthermore, not only does he not hate the "guv'ment," he's been steadily involved in mainstream political activities since his retirement from active duty. How mainstream? How about chairman of the Republican Party in Fairfax County, Virginia for four years? His solution to this country's problems? Getting more people to become involved in the political process.
Partin's complete resume is available to anyone who'd like to read it. He's a thesis short of being a PhD. engineer and was trained by the Air Force in the fine art of using conventional weapons to blow things up. The Air Force thought highly enough of his expertise in this area to make him Commander of the Air Force Armament Laboratory, the Air Force's chief R&D facility in Elgin, Florida.
Like many people who thoroughly grasp a subject, Partin is the soul of clarity when explaining his science to novices. Take the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City, for example. One look at the pictures of the damage tells you at least part of force which killed our fellow citizens came from deep within the building. Why? The severe damage to supporting columns inside the building. This kind of damage can onlybe done by charges placed on or drilled into a column and absolutely cannot be done by the air blast generated by a bomb denonating in the street. (If you have an emotional need to doubt this, as many seem to do on this subject, contact a demolition company and ask them.)
Consider this example that is within the experience of many people. Take a small firecracker and blow it up a few inches from your hand. What happens? Nothing. Take that same small charge and blow it up in your hand. What then? Bye-bye fingers. Or imagine you want to blow up a watermelon (a typical kid thing to do.) Where do you put the charge? In the watermelon, of course. Setting off the charge near the watermelon won't do a thing.
Let's take another example. You want to knock somebody out. Do you score any points why swinging with all your might but not connecting? No. The force needs to be laid on very directly, otherwise all you produce is a strong breeze.
What about a truck bomb parked in the street in front of a building? Surely that is a dangerous thing. It is. The shock wave generated by an explosion can shatter windows and send razor sharp shards of glass and other debris flying through the air. It will blow over a frame building. But it can't crumble a concrete support pillar many feet away. The force of a blast falls off dramatically the further you get away from the explosion. Support columns are designed to withstand huge loads, over 3,000 pounds per square inch. They simply cannot be taken down by the air blast of an explosion that, by the time it reaches it, is only exerting 25 to 35 pounds per square inch.
On the other hand, a very modest charge, when place on or in a concrete column can take it down with ease. In fact, how many pounds of explosives would you venture to guess it took to take down theentire Murrah Building when it was decided for reasons of "closure" (no valid engineering or investigative reason) to demolish the entire building?
Just 150 pounds of explosives - total - placed in strategically in small charges throughout the building right on the support columns was all that was needed. In demolishing concrete structures, proximity is not just an important thing, it's everything.
Partin offers a much more thorough and technical explanation of all this, but you don't need to be an engineer or an expert to grasp the basic point: you can't demolish a concrete column designed to withstand hundreds of pounds of pressure with the air shock wave of an explosion.

Motives
In Benton Partin we have a man who is profoundly experienced in what he is talking about and who has no reason to cry "wolf." He's quite comfortable in his Virginia retirement after a distinguished 29 year military career and has little to gain from embarking on a career as a "conspiracy theorist" at this point in his life.
You'd think that the law enforcement agencies charged with investigating the tragedy would make use of his observations. And that the news media, which seems to so hungry for "experts" in various fields to fill the dead air, would jump on the chance to present his conclusions to the public. From a pure ratings point of view, it's got to be a winner, right?
Wrong. Yes, the FBI interviewed Partin, but did nothing with his carefully prepared and highly informed comments.
When Timothy McVeigh was tried in Denver, the prosecution did call a munitions expert to the stand, but it was necessary for them to go to the UK to find one who could explain how a truck bomb destroyed a concrete support pillar deep within the interior of a modern office building.
Think about that for a moment. There are thousands of individuals in this country, in the construction, mining, and demolition industries, not to mention the military, who could speak to the nature of the "fingerprint" of the explosion in the Oklahoma City bombing, but, for some reason, the prosecution had to go to England to find one who could explain how, in this one singular instance, the laws of physics and common sense were suspended.
Partin did make it onto one network TV program, but only a few seconds of the hours of his taped comments were broadcast. The host, who had left the interviewing tasks to others and who had not even bothered to meet Partin, framed Partin's remarks in the finished segment with this comment: "General Partin, a retired military man, is not an engineer."
Perhaps Partin hid his light under a bushel and wasn't aggressive enough in raising his concerns? No. With weeks of the bombing, he'd sent copies of his engineering analysis, complete with color photos, to every member of Congress and over 1,000 media outlets. He received a handful of form letters for his trouble.

So what really happened?
So what really happened in Oklahoma City? General Partin is the first to admit he doesn't know, but he does know munitions and their effect on structures. And he knows, beyond the shadow of any doubt, that the McVeigh truck bomb could not have been the sole source of the damage done to the Murrah Building and its occupants.
He also knows that someone doesn't want the story told. Partin's informed analysis would have been very easy to prove or debunk. All that would have been needed was a few hundred dollars worth of chemical and microscopic analysis.
Had the damaged columns been destroyed the way Partin - and many others - say they must have been, the residue of the explosive used would have infused the rubble. Also, the damaged column's cement would have been reduced to dust in a characteristic way, unmistakable under a microscopic analysis. But, for reasons as yet unexplained, such basic forensics was not thought necessary by the FBI investigators. Partin sent letters to dozens of elected officials imploring them to block the demolition of the building until these tests were done. His pleas fell on deaf ears. In spite of the fact the building's architect said it was still structurally sound, the Murrah Building was razed - and the rubble was buried in a locked and guarded landfill.
All in the interest of promoting "closure" and "healing" no doubt.

The real tragedy of Oklahoma
The final sick punch line of this episode was delivered a few days ago. The US government reports that the investigation and prosecution of the Oklahoma City bombing case cost - are you ready for this? - $98 million. The defense was permitted to bill an additional $15 million for their "exhaustive" investigation and trial work. Nice work if you can get it.
The horror of the bombing of the Murrah Building pales in comparison with the dumbing - and numbing - down of the US news media. Problems and crimes are solved when the facts are aired, not spun into oblivion. Common sense, not government assurances, should dictate the direction of a reporter's work. That the US news media has marginalized Benton Partin and many others who've produced valid evidence that contradicts the FBI's press releases on the Oklahoma City bombing must rank as one of the most disgraceful lapses in the recent history of American reporting.
Note: General Partin has also offered lucid, pertinent analysis of the evidence in the TWA Flight 800 case. The media and federal law enforcement have shown similar disinterest in that analysis as well.

PROOF OF OKC APRIL 19TH 1995 WAS AN FBI / ATF BOMBING SPECIAL OPERATION

[April 18th 2008PROOF OF OKC APRIL 19TH 1995 WAS AN FBI / ATF BOMBING SPECIAL OPERATION --
Dr Bill Deagle MD
May 1st 2008 is a special day for Jesse C. Trentadue. This is the day he finds out if a Federal Judge permits an already mandated Video Deposition to take place of Terry Lynn Nichols.
In Feb 2007, Jesse C. Trentadue Attorney, spent one and one-half days with Terry Lynn Nichols, obtaining his deposition. In it, he stated that there were many other parties involved and that the operations were overseen by FBI. Jesse won a Federal injunction allowing a video deposition of Terry Lynn, but the US Dept of Prisons and FBI had filed motions to quash his video deposition of Terry. May 1st 2008 is May Day for the Old World Disorder, as this Video evidence will demand finally a Grand Jury, that will make complicit two and possibly three Presidencies, FBI, ATF, and US State's Attorney in Colorado, Arapahoe County Sherriff, and many more.
"On March 20, 2008, Plaintiff receive from the FBI's Philadelphia Office documents relate to information provided by informants to the FBI regarding: Tim McVeigh, Elohim City, the Aryan Republican Army or 'ARA', OKBOMB, BOMBROB, Richard Lee Guthrie and the Mid-West Bank Robbers, one of whom was Mark Thomas." ..." Donna Marazoff is or was the girlfriend of Mark Thomas and the mother of two of his children. The Court will recall that Thomas was a member of the Mid-West Bank Robbery Gang, a member of the Aryan Republican Army."
"With this background, the Marazoff 302 is very significant. In this 302, the FBI documents that Marazoff reported that prior to February of 1995, she and Thomas had been discussing the federal government's involvement in Waco and Ruby Ridge. According to Marazoff, Thomas became "very irritated" during that conversation and said: "We are going to get them. We are going to hit one of their buildings during the middle of the day. It's going to be a federal building. We will get sympathy if we bomb the building"[T]he people who will lose their loved ones, will realize how bad it feels." (Marazoff 302) (emphasis added).
"Interestingly, Thomas and the other Elohim City, ARA and Mid-West Bank Robbers crowd do not seem to have been subjects of interest to the FBI when it came to the bombing of the Murrah Building, and one has to wonder. Why? The answer to that question may likewise be the basis for the FBI Defendants' suspicious of Plaintiff's reason for advising the Court about this recent release of additional informant documents. This Saturday will be the 13th anniversary of the Bombing. That attack was the biggest act of domestic terrorism in the 20th Century and resulted in the deaths of 168 people, including 19 toddlers as well as hundreds of injured victims. Perhaps this approaching anniversary is why FBI Defendants' are so suspicious and wary of the motive behind Plaintiff's filing of the Notice of Release. But, if Plaintiff wante to present FBI Defendants in a bad light, he would have included the Marazoff 302 and similar FBI documents in his Notice of Release of additional informant documents. Dated this 17th day of April, 2008. -- Jesse C. Trentadue; Pro Se Plaintiff "
As Exit Medical Examiner at CCOM, St. Francis Hospital, I personally examined all five Special Ops Bomb Forensics Military Officers. One of the officers spent several hours provided extreme details of the scene, cause of the demolition and operational control of the site by Wakenhut Security. He wanted further testing from positive radiation exposure, and told me how the entire operation was run by FBI and ATF and how all their bags were weighed and scanned for radiation traces of removed debris particles and chunks. They were warned, "Don't remove any material from the site or we will track and kill you." When it became evident that he told me this information, he was court-martialed and I was summarily fired and threatened.
Your stomach wretches when you read the attached Marazoff 302 documents, the depos of Terry Lynn Nichols, death row Oklahoma cohabitant David Paul Hammer, Kevin Lagan, etc. and the news of additional bombs removed from the US Federal Murrah Building by local news. It is evident that a comprehensive criminal cover-up was and had been continued by FBI and the Dept of Prisons trying to block the video deposition of Terry Lynn Nichols. Terry's deposition is quite damning, and lined up with my affidavit attached and these other documents. We need a Grand Jury to obtain suppressed videotapes around the building and safe harbor for other whistleblowers to come forward for a new OKC Murrah Demolition investigation.
As we remember the Battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19th, 2008, Patriot's Day, remember it also memorialized the dates of OKC, Ruby Ridge and Waco in our souls. Only with a Grand Jury and indictments will we be free of future OKCs, 911s, and the nukes activated in multiple US Cities or release of pandemic death. OKC Murrah revelations are the 'can-opener' of 911 WTC Demolition. National crimes were committed with advanced explosives, micro-nukes, and thermate. A 'real 911 WTC Full Grand Jury Investigation' must follow swiftly and in parallel with the OKC revelations presented here on the 13th Anniversay of the OKC Murrah Demolition. It was the self-inflicted wound of OKC and 911 that propelled the USA into two and now a possible third unjustified and illegal war, blown the US Dollar and economy, and brought the world to the brink of WWIII.
Let us take a deep breath of hope, and invigorated with courage step forwarded into a tomorrow. A day when the 'terror state' is dismantled, national IDs and North American Union are bad memories and adventurous wars promulgated on self inflicted terror will never more happen in this great United States of America.

Mind Control & Timothy McVeigh

Mind Control & Timothy McVeigh's Rise from "Robotic" Soldier to Mad Bomber

By Alex Constantine

The popular conception was spun by the press corps like a clay urn: McVeigh, the volatile minute man, was so bitter after failing to make the Army's "elite" Special Forces, so stuffed full of the froth of the Turner Diaries, that he vented his rage on the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

But Captain Terry Guild, McVeigh's' former platoon leader, told reporters that the failure to become a Green Beret left the Iraq War veteran "upset. Not angry. Just very, very disappointed." In the Army, he demonstrated a willingness to carry out orders, any orders. He trained on his own time while other soldiers languished in their bunks or caroused at the PX. As a civilian, Timothy McVeigh continued to dwell on the military. In 1992 he took a job with Burns International Security Services in Buffalo and was assigned to the security detail at Calspan, a Pentagon contractor that conducts classified research in advanced aerospace rocketry and electronic warfare. Al Salandra, a spokesman for Calspan, told reporters that McVeigh was "a model employee."

"He was real different," Todd Regier, a plumber, told the Boston Globe. "Kind of cold. He was almost like a robot."

Within a few months, his manager planned on promoting McVeigh to the supervisory level. But McVeigh's bitterness, once directed at the military, "was becoming directed at a much larger, more ubiquitous enemy." It was in Buffalo, as a civilian, that McVeigh's rage peaked. He complained that federal agents had left him with an unexplained scar on his posterior, implanted him with a microchip. It was painful, he said, to sit on the chip.

It's conceivable, given the current state-of-the-art in classified mind control technology, that McVeigh had been drawn into an experimental black project.

Jeff Camp, who worked as a guard with McVeigh in upstate New York after high school, told Newsweek that the bomber was "a very strange person. It was like he had two different personalities." The press has ignored the rise of mind control operations and technology, but electronic monitoring of the brain has been perfected in research laboratories more secretive than the military science units that once tested nuclear isotopes on crippled children.

The generals keep it close to their armored vests, but the miniature implantable monitor was declassified long ago. Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for instance, markets a sensor implant sealed inside a "hermetic biocompatible package" that runs on a tiny power coil, complete with a programmable sensor and telemetry circuits. Sandia's sales literature notes that the implant's design "is founded on technology originally developed for weapons."

The Pentagon's electromagnetic arsenal is cloaked by the "nonlethal defense" program the media has been busily selling as a "humane" alternative to conventional death-dealing conventional arms.

From the Pentagon's electromagnetic underworld came Timothy McVeigh, the "robotic" recruit obsessed with visions of Waco and Ruby Ridge. If he had indeed been implanted, McVeigh marched in step with a small army of glassy-eyed assassins.

No Programmed Killer's Hall-of-Fame would be complete without a bust of Dennis Sweeney, the student activist who murdered Allard Lowenstein, the famed civil rights and anti-war activist. Lowenstein was suspected by many of fronting for the CIA. A Yale graduate, he marched in the Freedom Summer of 1964 in Mississippi, campaigned for Adlai Stevenson and Robert Kennedy. Yet he was a close friend of William F. Buckley, the garrulous CIA asset and Lowenstein's conservative counterpart. He qualified for the Nixon enemy list, but associated with the coalition of felons occupying the White House. He ran the National Student Association before the CIA took over.

For several years, Lowenstein attempted to prove that a conspiracy was responsible for the deaths of John Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. and was also responsible for his own political downfall ... a malevolent force that would explain the civil rights movement's decline. Sweeney, who had protested with Lowenstein in Mississippi, shot his tumultuous mentor seven times at Rockefeller Center. The assassin remained calm and did not flee.

He maintained that the CIA, with Lowenstein's help, had implanted him with a telemetric brain device fifteen years earlier, and made his life an unbearable torment. Voices were transmitted through his dental work, he said, and he attempted to silence them by filing his false teeth. Sweeney blamed remote "controllers" for the assassination of San Francisco mayor George Moscone.

The murders of Moscone and City Supervisor Harvey Milk had all the earmarks of mind control. Dan White, their assassin, had been a paratrooper in the 173rd Airborne Division, in which capacity he served in Vietnam. He was discharged from Fort Bragg in 1967, returned to San Francisco and joined the police department. He lived in Sausalito, drove a Porsche and generally lived far beyond his means. In 1972 he gave it all up and took a vacation since known as White's "missing year."

Back in San Francisco, he joined the fire department. His temper tantrums were an embarrassment to co-workers, though his work record was without blemish. In his run for the Board of Supervisors, White spoke as if he was "programmed," according to Stan Smith, a local labor leader. During Board sessions, White was known to slip into lapses of silence punctuated by goose-stepping walks around the chambers.

White used illegal hollow-point bullets. After Milk's body was cremated, the ashes were enshrined at his prior direction with bubble bath, signifying his homosexuality, and several packets of Kool-Aid, a clue that Milk left behind, per the will he'd revised a week before the shootings, to signify Jim Jones of the People's Temple, a CIA mind control experiment that ended with the destruction of 1200 subjects.

"I can be killed with ease," Milk noted in a poem written the month he died, "I can be cut right down." In his new will, he wrote: "Let the bullets that rip through my brain smash every closet door in the country."

Allegations of classified federal mind control operations have surfaced repeatedly, erupting from hidden pockets of the "national security" underground. In 1984, Francis Fox of Coral Gables, Florida, the owner of a prestigious bridal shop, announced that she'd been subjected to a traumatic set of mind control experiments by CIA and military psychiatrists. She spoke to reporters for the St. Petersburg Times for three hours. The story, "Military Controls My Mind, Woman Says," appeared on March 6, 1994. "Fox said her father was a Cuban-American," the Times reported. "He went into the U.S. military and was stationed in Panama, Germany and several U.S. bases, including MacDill in Tampa." She was tormented for a year, while her father was visiting Cuba. She was subjected to ritualized trauma by her father on instructions from the CIA, Fox believes, to "split" her and "deposit the painful memory with several alter personalities."

Five months after the Oklahoma bombing, freeway sniper Christopher Scalley claimed to take direction from "electronic appliances," as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle on August 19, 1995:

Why Evidence on I-80 Sniper Languished - CHP was given suspect's license number in June

Auburn, Placer County- The California Highway Patrol received information almost two months ago leading to the      man arrested Thursday in the Interstate 80 sniping spree, but an official acknowledged yesterday that the CHP did      not pass it on to local investigators.

David Morillas of Loomis said his wife Carla wrote down the license number of a truck that passed them after the      side rear window of their car was blown away, showering their sleeping 5-year- old son with glass in what is now      thought to have been the sniper's first attack, in Citrus Heights, a Sacramento suburb, on June 27.

"We kept thinking that the CHP was checking into it,'' Morillas said. He said yesterday that after his car window      shattered, he saw a red Toyota pickup suddenly slow down and shift into the right lane on the roadway.

Morillas said he slowed down alongside the truck and yelled through an open window. "I was shouting at him.      'Did you see what happened to my window?'.

. . Finally, he said, 'I didn't see nothing.' He was kind of talking weird, mumbling. I couldn't understand him.''

The tie-in between the June 27 shooting and the other 14 sniper attacks was not made until this week, when Carla      Morillas spoke to sheriff's officers. The officers discovered that the license plate number she had reported matched the tag number of their suspect, Christopher Shaw Scalley, 48, of Applegate, who was arrested Thursday.

According to arrest documents, Scalley told Placer County authorities that he had been receiving messages via      radio waves and electronic appliances, and had heard voices telepathically from passing vehicles. Scalley had      been arrested before for the sale of controlled substances and for driving under the influence.

Scalley had been missing since his home was searched Tuesday. He was spotted Thursday by a television news      crew in his red pickup outside a home in Carmichael, where a friend of Scalley's reportedly committed suicide      Wednesday....

Advances in 'overhead' sensors - satellites and UAVs (Unmanned Aerospace Vehicles) included - will create opportunities not only to detect targets but to track them as they move. In (U.S. Air Force Joint Chief of Staff) General Fogelman's view, "this is kind of a revolution in warfare," - Interview with General Ronald R. Fogelman, Jane's Defense Weekly, 1995

McVeigh's rage at a target "larger" and "more ubiquitous" than the military was incited at Calspan, within a year of his failed Special Forces entrance examination, several months AFTER leaving the Army.

Calspan and electromagnetic mind control both have roots at the same Ivy League institution - Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. Calspan was founded in 1946 as Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory. And Cornell was also the contract base for the CIA's "Human Ecology Fund," a fount of financial support for classified experimentation at the country's leading universities.

Cornell Aerospace was reorganized in 1972 and renamed Calspan. Six years later, the firm was acquired by Arvin Industries. Recently, Arvin-Calspan merged with Space Industries International (SII), a commercial space- flight venture based in Texas. During the Reagan-Bush era, SII expanded from a staff of 33 to over 2,700 employees.

Timothy McVeigh was assigned to the conglomerate's Advanced Technology Center in Buffalo, N.Y. (Calspan ATC). ATC sales literature boasts a large energy shock tunnel, radar facilities and "a radio-frequency (RF) simulator facility for evaluating electronic warfare techniques." One Calspan research lab specializes in microscopic engineering. Calspan literature boasts that ATC employs "numerous world-renowned scientists and engineers" on "the cutting edge" of scientific research.

The technology is well within Calspan's sphere of its pursuits. The company is instrumental in REDCAP, an Air Force electronic warfare system that winds through every Department of Defense facility in the country.

The week before the bombing in Oklahoma City. A rash of newspaper stories reported that a disembodied, rumbling, low-frequency hum had been heard across the country. Past hums in Taos, NM, Eugene, OR, Timmons, Ontario and Bristol, UK were (despite specious official denials) attuned to the brain's auditory pathways. Brain telemetering systems are a subset of the Pentagon's "non-lethal" arsenal. The dystopian implications were explored by Defense News for March 20, 1995: "Naval Research Lab Attempts to Meld Neurons and Chips: Studies May Produce Army of 'Zombies.' Future battles, the newspaper reported, "could be waged with genetically engineered organisms, such as rodents, whose minds are controlled by computer chips engineered with living brain cells.... The research, called Hippocampal Neuron Patterning, grows live neurons on computer chips. 'This technology that alters neurons could potentially be used on people to create zombie armies,' Lawrence Korb, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, said."

The president of SII is former space shuttle astronaut Joseph P. Allen, whose early accomplishments included a Fulbright scholarship to Germany (1959), and nuclear research at Brookhaven National Laboratory (1963-67), under investigation by the Department of Energy in 1994 for conducting secret radiation experiments on human subjects. Dr. Allen was recruited by NASA in 1967. He has also served as a staff consultant to the President's Council on International Economic Policy, and was a NASA assistant administrator for legislative affairs (1975-78).

From the "mammal tracking" folk at Eglin AFB hails Richard Covey, a former astronaut who has flown four shuttle missions and took five spacewalks, currently SII's director of business development. Covey the fighter hawk served two tours of Duty in Vietnam, and flew 339 combat missions. An Air Force release notes that his immediate postwar assignment was to Eglin AFB, where he was joint director for electronic warfare testing of the F-15 Eagle.

Another ranking scientist at Calspan, Paul Brodnicki chaired the technical program at a conference on electronic warfare simulations held in February, 1994 at the US Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, Maryland. Topics on the itinerary included off-board "Radio-Frequency Self-Protection."

Calspan places much research, emphasis on bioengineering and artificial intelligence. In May, 1995, Lames Llinas of the Buffalo division gave a talk at the Navy Center for Applied Research in Artificial Intelligence in Washington, D.C. While making his rounds at Calspan, perhaps Tim McVeigh picked up a company newsletter that discussed the work of Cliff Kurtzman, a graduate of UCLA and MIT's Space Systems Lab and a "team leader" in the R&D of artificial intelligence and telerobotics.

Besides the Air Force and NASA, Calspan is a ranking subcontractor of Sentar, Inc., an advanced science and engineering firm capable, according to company literature, of creating artificial intelligence systems. Sentar's customers include the U.S. Army Space and Strategic Defense Command, the Advanced Research Projects Agency, Rockwell International, Teledyne, Nichols Research Corp. and TRW.

The "guilt by association" prize goes to retired Brigadier General Benton Partin of the USAF, who laid responsibility for the Oklahoma bombing on "leftists" conducting a "psycho-political operation going on at the present time against the 'Christian Right' bogeyman." The payoff, Partin insisted darkly, was a propaganda victory for "a world commonwealth of independent states" plotting to "criminalize the patriotic support of Constitutional rights."

Partin called a one-hour press conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. on June 15. The conference was attended by over 100 reporters, representing every major broadcast, newspaper and wire service, independent news firm and the foreign media.

But then Brig. Gen. Partin was not a disinterested party. He served 31 years in the Air force, in the research, design, testing and management of weapons development. He was commander of the Air Force Armament Technology Laboratory. He boasts that he held authority over all advanced weapons concepts R&D'd by the Air Force and its high-tech contractors - which would, of course, include Calspan.

The connection to Timothy McVeigh, and the nature of the sensitive, classified work done by the firm, have somehow escaped the notice of the press. The sole exception was a cursory mention of Calspan that appeared in the Boston Globe a few days after the blast.

But CIA watchers everywhere caught their breath when CNN announced that a psychological trauma team, mustered by the American Psychological Association, would converge in Oklahoma City to treat survivors of the explosion and the victims' families - led by none other than Dr. Louis Jolyon West of UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute. Dr. West is a sinister creation of the Agency's mind control fraternity. Among other totalitarian projects, he has studied the use of drugs as "adjuncts to interpersonal manipulation or assault," and employed pioneers in the field of remote, electronic mind control experimentation at UCLA.

West has recommended to federal officials that drugs be used to control "bothersome" segments of the population:

"This method, foreseen by Aldous Huxley in {Brave New World} (1932), has the governing element employing      drugs selectively to manipulate the governed in various ways. In fact, it may be more convenient and perhaps even      more economical to keep the growing numbers of chronic drug users (especially of the hallucinogens) fairly      isolated and also out of the labor market, with its millions of unemployed.

To society, the communards with their hallucinogenic drugs are probably less bothersome--and less expensive--if they are living apart, than if they are engaging in alternative modes of expressing their alienation, such as active, organized, organized, vigorous political protest and dissent."

The Oklahoma City Bombing: 30 Unanswered Questions

The Oklahoma City Bombing: 30 Unanswered Questions

From Team Infinity http://TeamInfinity.com/

Despite Timothy McVeigh's guilty verdict, numerous unanswered questions about the murderous Oklahoma City bombing remain. Indeed, there are so many unanswered questions, it is amazing that the prosecution was able to secure a conviction at all. So pull up a front-row seat for the McVeigh lynching, folks, and contemplate a few of the contradictions in the official account of the OKC bombing before it all gets flushed down the memory hole.

1. If the bombing of the Alfred E. Murrah Federal building in Oklahoma City was a terrorist reprisal for the Federal massacre of the Branch Davidians at Waco, why were no BATF or FBI agents injured? Why was EVERY BADGE-CARRYING FEDERAL AGENT absent from work at nine o'clock on a weekday morning, their offices staffed only with civilian clerical workers?

2. When the word first got out that no Federal agents had been present in the building, the BATF produced its Resident Agent Alex McCauley who told a long story about his own heroism and that of a fellow ATF man who allegedly fell three floors in an elevator, walked away from it, and then helped rescue others trapped by the bomb. This was quickly exposed as a fabrication in an angry interview by building maintenance supervisor Duane James, who described McCauley's story as "pure fantasy". James examined the elevator in question and also the central control panel and pointed out a number of technical and logical reasons why the miraculous elevator incident simply couldn't have happened in the way claimed. The McCauley account was quietly retracted and flushed down the memory hole by the ATF, with the help of the media. They now admit that McCauley was nowhere near the building when the bomb went off, although they refuse to discuss his exact whereabouts or the whereabouts of any other ATF agent at the time of the explosion.

Will BATF Agent Alex McCauley be disciplined for telling a self-serving lie which falsely made himself out to be a hero? If that was not the purpose, why did he make this palpably false public statement?

3. Why was U.S. Judge Wayne Alley, whose office was located in the Federal building, warned several weeks in advance in a Justice Department memo to be prepared for an unnamed "terrorist act" directed against the Federal building?

4. Judge Alley made the above admission to the Portland Oregonian immediately after the bombing. He has since refused to repeat it or allow himself to be interviewed again. Why?

5. Why did Ken Stern fax warnings to Federal judges and officials, legislators, and prosecutors warning of a possible attack on a government building or installation on the second anniversary of Waco on April 10th, 1995, nine days before the OKC bombing?

6. “Norma,” a witness who worked in an office building just down the street from the Federal building, told reporter Sherry Koonce what she saw prior to the explosion: “The day was fine, everything was normal when I arrived for work at about 7:45 a.m. There was some talk about the bomb squad among the employees at our office. We wondered what it was doing in our parking lot. Around nine I heard and felt a huge explosion. Then someone said it had to be a bomb, and we all knew. I remembered the bomb squad in our parking lot and knew what had happened.”

“Norma” has since quit her job, gone into hiding and refused to speak again to any reporters or investigators. So have a number of other people who saw the heavily armed and equipped bomb squad in the area up to three hours before the blast. Why?

7. Why did all mention of the facts outlined in questions 1 thru 6 disappear from the news media after the first week of coverage of the bombing? Why has the media consistently suppressed and refused to report any information or evidence which indicates that, at the very least and regardless of who was responsible, there was Federal foreknowledge that the bombing would take place?

8. By definition, a terrorist must take credit for his violence, or else there is no compelling reason to commit a crime. The specific purpose of terrorism is to gain a political end through the credible threat to commit future acts of violence. No one has claimed credit for the Oklahoma City bombing. Militia and right-wing groups, the alleged masterminds and presumed beneficiaries, have been particularly vehement in denouncing the explosion and in many cases have cooperated directly with Federal agencies to absolve themselves of any involvement. The only statement of alleged political motive comes from the very government which was attacked. Why is this?

9. Did the Alfred Murrah building warehouse documents relating to the attack on the Branch Davidians at Waco? If so, what happened to those documents? Were they destroyed? If so, were any copies kept elsewhere? If not, why not?

10. Will the missing papers, if any, affect former Attorney General Ramsey Clark's lawsuit against the ATF and FBI on behalf of the Branch Davidian survivors?

11. Why did the Director of the University of Oklahoma's Geological Survey, Dr. Charles Mankin, tell the media that according to two different seismographic records there were TWO blasts, the second approximately eight seconds after the first?

12. The news media initially reported that there were two explosions, based on eyewitness testimony. Why did this version of events disappear from print and the air waves within twenty-four hours?

13. According to the prosecution, McVeigh used an ANFO (Ammonium Nitrate and Fuel Oil) bomb to destroy the Alfred P. Murrah federal building. McGyver makes it look real easy on TV. But according to Department of the Army and Air Force Technical Manual No. 9-1910, entitled Military Explosives, ANFO requires a greater than 99% purity of ammonium nitrate, as well as a specific dryness, before it can be mixed with diesel fuel to create an explosive substance. The manual further spells out that even under ideal conditions (not often reached even by experts) 4,800 pounds of ANFO explosive would create a much smaller crater than the one left in front of the Murrah building, and its shock wave could not possibly wield the force necessary to compromise the building's concrete support structure. The FBI claims that the ANFO charge was made from 50 bags of fertilizer. Ammonium nitrate fertilizers comes in much weaker concentrations than the 99%-plus required for explosives. Creating concentrated amounts of ammonium nitrate is quite complex, and would require many bags of fertilizer. In short, according to the government's own textbook, the Oklahoma City bombing COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IN THE WAY THE FBI SAYS IT HAPPENED. IT IS A PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL, AND THERMODYNAMIC IMPOSSIBILITY. Why is the FBI lying?

14. Retired Air Force Brigadier General Benton K. Partin, former commander of the Air Force Armament Technology Laboratory, a 25-year expert in the design and development of bombs, urged Senators and Congressmen to delay the destruction of the Murrah building site. Partin stated in a news release, “When I first saw the picture of the truck bomb's asymmetrical damage to the Federal building in Oklahoma, my immediate reaction was that the pattern of damage would have been technically impossible without supplementary demolition charges at some of the reinforced concrete bases inside the building, a standard demolition technique.” Partin further explained that “reinforced concrete targets in large buildings are hard targets to blast. I know of no way possible to reproduce the apparent building damage through simply a truck bomb effort.” General Partin's request to have the bomb site preserved in order to examine the possibility of a second explosion was ignored by the government. And in fact, when the request was made by General Partin, the government moved up the demolition by two weeks! Why?

15. General Partin's press release, quoted above, was reprinted in the John Birch Society magazine New American. Based on this the news media launched an egregious and bogus smear campaign against General Benton K. Partin, claiming falsely that he was a member of the John Birch Society and therefore a “right-wing extremist”. [General Partin's report has been widely circulated and reproduced.] General Partin has been forced repeatedly to threaten lawsuits in order to obtain grudging and deliberately downplayed retractions and corrections of this allegation. His alleged JBS membership still appears in print and broadcast media today as fact, even though the media are by now perfectly well aware that the allegation is false. Why are the news media telling a deliberate lie in order to discredit a highly respected expert who questions the official government version of Oklahoma City?

16. There have been repeated studies done by a variety of accredited explosives experts and professional demolition contractors, such as former FBI agent Ted Gunderson. All of these have stated their professional opinion that the destruction of the Murrah building could only have been accomplished with top-grade military explosives, detonators, and careful placement of multiple charges. Why have the media ignored these expert opinions? Why, indeed, have the media engaged in a concerted campaign to abuse, vilify, discredit and marginalize as a “crank” or a “right-wing extremist” any explosives expert or engineer who questions the official FBI version of the bomb's construction and explosive power?

17. There is not a single piece of concrete evidence to connect either Timothy McVeigh or Terry Nichols to any militia or right-wing group. Why has the news media refused to acknowledge this fact and continued to spread the patently false assertion that McVeigh was a member of a militia group?

18. Terry Nichols has been married twice, once to a Mexican woman and once to a Filipino. Obviously, a man who marries women of colour not once but twice and has children with them can hardly be called a racist. Why has this fact, which clearly precludes any racist or neo-Nazi involvement in the bombing of the kind implied by the media, not been given any significant exposure at all? And why has the media ignored connections between the Oklahoma City bombing and the very real, very racist Elohim City compound in Arkansas, not to mention Andreas Strassmeir, grandson of one of the founders of the Nazi party in Germany?

19. Having allegedly just committed a coldly calculated, carefully and meticulously planned mass murder, why did Timothy McVeigh then suddenly turn into a Clouseau-like klutz and do everything but send up a flare to draw attention to himself? Why did he go speeding out of the state at almost 100 mph in a yellow car with no license plate, virtually guaranteeing that he would be stopped?

20. Timothy McVeigh is a highly trained combat NCO who won a Bronze Star for courage under fire in the Gulf. Having been stopped by a state trooper, being armed with a pistol, and knowing that he now faced either execution or imprisonment for the rest of his natural life, why did McVeigh make no move at all to defend himself or escape, instead surrendering like a little lamb?

21. FBI agents are said to have tracked down McVeigh's truck rental agency by finding a vehicle identification number (VIN) on the truck's rear axle. This axle was found either in the bomb crater, according to the mayor of Oklahoma City's initial press statement, or three blocks away according to the later FBI version. Which statement is true?

22. There is another problem to the Ryder truck tale. No rear axle on any vehicle manufactured in America is imprinted with a VIN, even after recent legislation forcing manufacturers to place multiple VINS on the engine, firewall, and frame to discourage chop shops. When queried, a spokesman for Ryder told reporters than it does not imprint additional VINS on its trucks. The only conceivable number available on a rear axle is a part number, but a part number couldn't lead to the identification of a specific vehicle. We have here another case where the FBI version of events simply COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED in the way the Bureau claims it happened. Where did the VIN story come from? Why has it been created and circulated by the media?

23. Did McVeigh use fake I.D. or his real I.D. to rent the truck? The FBI has relayed both stories as being true.

The RYDER truck alleged to have been used by McVeigh photographed in what is said to a secret US government compound, days prior to the actual OKC bombing.

24. The FBI detained and interrogated Timothy McVeigh's young sister Jennifer and Terry Nichols' twelve year-old son. They announced in the media that both of them were suspects and that Jennifer McVeigh was facing indictment and the death penalty. These charges later vanished, and both young people were released. While undergoing harsh FBI interrogation, Jennifer McVeigh was exposed to projections of shocking, graphic images of bombing victims. What is the story here?

25. Who is John Doe Number Two? Does he exist at all? The FBI first conducted a nationwide manhunt for JD-2 over a period of several weeks. Then they claimed that a U.S. Army soldier on leave, whose published photographs bear no resemblance whatsoever to the photofits, was JD-2. Then they claimed for some months that JD-2 does not exist, and that all the witnesses who saw him were mistaken. Now they are hedging again and say they have an "open mind" about whether John Doe Number Two exists. What's the deal?

26. In January of 1996, National Public Radio broadcast a half-hour special containing interviews with half a dozen witnesses who personally saw John Doe Number Two in the Ryder truck with Timothy McVeigh on the morning of the bombing. These witnesses all had one thing in common; other than a cursory preliminary interview by the FBI they had up until that time been approached by neither the prosecution nor the defense to appear as witnesses at the trial. Why not? Will any witnesses who saw John Doe Number Two be called to testify?

27. In the summer of 1995 a mysterious American named Daniel Spiegelman was arrested in the Netherlands for trafficking in stolen diamonds and antiques. In July of 1995 the Janet Reno Justice Department quietly applied for Spiegelman's extradition to the United States IN CONNECTION WITH THE OKLAHOMA CITY BOMBING. This was accompanied by representations at the highest level demanding that the Netherlands courts hear the case in camera and that the proceedings be kept completely secret.

Through his attorney Spiegelman fought extradition, a Dutch judge refused to impose secrecy on the hearing, the media got hold of it, and Janet Reno allegedly withdrew the extradition request, whereupon the entire bizarre episode vanished from public view. No more media blackout in the OKC case has been more pervasive than the blackout imposed over the name of Daniel Spiegelman; it is as if he has stepped off the face of the planet.

Who is Daniel Spiegelman? What connection does he have with Oklahoma City? Is he John Doe Number Two? Does he know who John Doe Number Two is?

28. FBI informant and star witness Michael Fortier, who admits to trading his testimony for lenient sentencing on gun charges himself, claims that he and Timothy McVeigh scouted out the Murrah building several weeks in advance looking for the BATF offices therein. If that is true, why did Timothy McVeigh stop the Ryder truck at a gas station on the morning of the bombing and ask directions to the building? And why did he park the truck on the side of the building the farthest away from the BATF offices, when there was an available parking lot which would have placed the truck bomb almost directly under the seventh-floor windows of the BATF?

29. Why was the reaction of the Clinton administration, blaming right-wing radio talk shows for the incident and demanding the most draconian police state legislation ever proposed in the United States, so swift and obviously organized? The air of orchestration about the entire government response did not escape notice even at the time, and was commented on by a number of observers across the political spectrum.

A blizzard of OKC-inspired “domestic terrorism” bills were rushed into Congress in a matter of days, some of them pre-written and already printed up BEFORE THE BOMBING. These proposed laws cover everything from banning virtually all privately owned firearms to unlimited and court-admissible Federal wiretaps to censorship of the Internet to the suspension of habeas corpus in “terrorism” cases to the grotesque destruction of the First Amendment advocated in Charles Schumer's bill H.R. 2580, which imposes a five-year prison sentence for publicly engaging in “unseemly speculation” and publishing or transmitting by wire or electronic means “baseless conspiracy theories regarding the Federal government of the United States”. Who decides what is a “baseless conspiracy theory”? Why, the very same government, of course.

How was a normally cumbersome, inefficient, and glacially slow legislative branch able to move so quickly, so comprehensively, and so efficiently in introducing these laws which will strip Americans of what remaining freedoms they have?

30. Why did it take so unconscionably long for the trial of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols to begin?

OKC bombing witnesses speaks out

OKC bombing witness speaks out

In a groundbreaking interview, Infowars Nighly News host Rob Dew speaks with Don Browning, a K9 unit police officer for OKC, and Holland Van den Nieuwenhof, writer & producer for already classic exposé 'A Noble Lie'. Browning, who found many living and dead in the rubble of the Murrah Federal Building, discusses how he received thinly-veiled threats from the feds after he began asking questions about the inconsistencies he witnessed in part of a continuing series of interviews re-examining the official lies of the Oklahoma City Bombing, which paved the way for 9/11 and false flag events yet to come.

OKC Bombing Star Witness Reveals Staged Government Terror Attack

Oklahoma City Bombing RARE footage

You probably never saw this. Two big bombs were found INSIDE the Oklahoma City federal building and defused. These clips ran on local news live...and were never broadcast again. There is no way a truck bomb regardless of size could have done the damage that was done to that building. The government's story is a complete lie and they know it.  The "terrorism expert" and the end of this clip Dr. Randall Heather was never seen on TV again and can't be found on Google (except in relation to this appearance.) Rather than test the site to assess the exact composition of the bomb material as Dr. Heather and USAF General Partin (ret) recommended, the building was demolished and all the wreckage was removed to a fenced in landfill and buried. No tests were ever done. http://www.brasschecktv.com/page/829.html

Was the Oklahoma City bombing the silver bullet that could have prevented 9-11?

Was the Oklahoma City bombing the silver bullet that could have prevented 9-11?
By Jayna Davis

Is this Iraqi man, likely a member of Unit 999 of the Iraq Intelligence Service, John Doe #2?Jayna Davis was among the first correspondents on the scene of the Oklahoma City bombing. During the past nine years, Jayna has compiled a comprehensive and compelling investigative dossier, which unveils the Middle East's hand in the Oklahoma bombing. Her new book, below, expertly examines the connections between the Oklahoma City bombing, Iraq, and possibly even Al Qaeda.

The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing
by Jayna Davis

Was the April 19, 1995 strike on America's heartland the greatest law enforcement failure of the 20th century that led, in part, to the terrorist holocaust of the young 21st century? I believe a compelling body of evidence illustrates how Iraqi intelligence agents infiltrated the United States in order to recruit and assist Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building.

My tumultuous journey began nine years ago, amidst the widespread death and destruction on a scale Americans had never before seen. As an investigative reporter for the NBC affiliate in Oklahoma City, KFOR-TV, I was among the first correspondents on the scene of the bombing.

Within twenty-four hours, my news director, Melissa Klinzing, assigned me to cover the international manhunt for suspects. That assignment soon became a personal quest to seek the untold story behind the murderous rage and fury that left our country forever changed. The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing is the culmination of nearly a decade of exhaustive research to wrench out the truth, however ugly, in an age of political "spin" and massaging facts to suit agendas.

The evening of June 7, 1995, seemed almost surreal when KFOR-TV led the 6:00 pm newscast with a ground breaking story of Middle East complicity in the Oklahoma City bombing. The broadcast challenged the FBI's publicly espoused theory that two right-wing fanatics, Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, single-handedly pulled off the crime of the century. Our story featured the steadfast testimonies of witnesses who placed an Iraqi soldier in the company of McVeigh at a local tavern a few days prior to the strike on America's heartland.

Forty-eight hours later, KFOR-TV rocked the airwaves once more. A downtown witness who stepped directly into the path of a speeding brown Chevrolet pickup just sixty seconds after the blast, picked the same Iraqi national from a photo lineup as the driver of that truck. The brown pickup matched the FBI's official all-points-bulletin for a getaway vehicle that was issued in the wake of the explosion for foreign suspects.

Eyewitness testimony

Throughout the course of my investigation, I interviewed eighty potential witnesses"twenty-two of whom I deemed credible because their testimonies could be independently corroborated and their stories did not conflict with the government's case against McVeigh and Nichols. In detailed affidavits, these eyewitnesses positively identified 8 Middle Eastern men, the majority of whom are former Iraqi soldiers, colluding with Oklahoma City bombers Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols during various stages of the bombing plot.

All of these suspects immigrated to the U.S. following the Persian Gulf War, ostensibly seeking political asylum from the tyranny of Saddam Hussein. However, my investigation revealed they were false defectors -not outspoken dissidents as they had professed.

This cadre of former Iraqi servicemen moved to Oklahoma City in the fall of 1994 and began performing handiwork for a property management company that was owned and operated by a Palestinian ex-patriate. This affluent real estate mogul, who operated under eight known aliases, funded his vast, multi-million dollar housing empire from monies contributed by siblings living in Baghdad, Jerusalem, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and Amman, Jordan.

In the early 1990's, the Palestinian property owner pled guilty to federal insurance fraud and spent time in the penitentiary. Court records revealed the FBI once suspected this ex-convict of ties to the Palestinian Liberation Organization.

Six months prior to the bombing, the Palestinian businessman turned federal felon hired a handful of Iraqi soldiers to do maintenance work at his low-income rental houses. On April 19, several witnesses watched in stunned amazement as their Middle Eastern co-workers expressed prideful excitement upon hearing the first radio broadcasts that Islamic extremists had claimed responsibility for the attack on the Murrah Building. The men exuberantly pledged their allegiance to Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, vowing they would "die for Saddam."

The majority of these Iraqi soldiers were identified colluding with McVeigh and Nichols in the months, weeks, days, and final hours leading up to 9:02 am on April 19, 1995. The most incriminating testimony centered around one man who not only fit the FBI's physical description in the official arrest warrant for John Doe 2, but according to veteran law enforcement officials, was a dead ringer for the profile sketch of the elusive suspect.

Witnesses identified this Iraqi immigrant in the company of McVeigh prior to the bombing, seated in the passenger seat of the Ryder truck the morning of April 19, stepping out of that truck at ground zero, and speeding away from downtown seconds after the blast in a brown Chevrolet pickup which was aggressively pursued by law enforcement.
Civil weapon

Who is the man identified by a plethora of witnesses as the infamous third terrorist? I sat across the table from this individual for eight days of intense interrogation. I peered inside his psychiatric file in which he confessed to having hallucinations and trepidation about being arrested for complicity in the Oklahoma bombing.

His name is Hussain Hashem Al-Hussaini.

I was able to learn intimate secrets about Al-Hussaini because he granted me an investigative tool to which few journalists have access - discovery. On August 24, 1995, weeks after the FBI announced it had abandoned the international manhunt for John Doe 2, Hussain Al-Hussaini filed a libel lawsuit against KFOR-TV.

Eyewitnesses had identified this Iraqi soldier drinking beer with McVeigh prior to the heartland massacre, seated in the explosives-laden Ryder truck the morning of April 19, descending from that truck in front of the ill-fated Murrah Building, and peeling away from the shattered and burning remains of the federal complex in a brown pickup targeted by federal authorities. Yet for some inexplicable reason, the FBI never questioned Hussaini Al-Hussaini. But more significantly, the Bureau refused my repeated requests to officially clear him as a suspect.

The Department of Justice did not hesitate to grant absolution to several men who were identified by the media as having been questioned as John Doe 2 look-alikes. Yet when Hussain Al-Hussaini issued a public plea through the Oklahoma City press for exoneration, the FBI refused to deliver.

But the inexplicable silence from federal law enforcement did not deter the Iraqi soldier from pursuing his litigation against me and KFOR-TV. I viewed that litigation as an offensive weapon which enabled me to subpoena Al-Hussaini's immigration file - that information, coupled with a photograph of a military tattoo on his upper left arm, provided a rare opportunity to deconstruct the Iraqi soldier's murky past.

Colonel Patrick Lang, the former chief of human intelligence for the Defense Intelligence Agency who served as a consultant to the U.S. military during Operation Desert Storm, evaluated Al-Hussaini's immigration records and emblematic tattoo. The conclusion - this man most likely served in Saddam Hussein's elite fighting forces - the Republican Guard, and from there was promoted up the ranks to Unit 999 of the Iraq Intelligence Service.

The lawsuit also ushered in a once-in-a-lifetime moment. In the fall of 1998, I sat face-to-face with a man I knew had been positively identified as a perpetrator of mass murder in the very city where the deposition would take place.

Much to everyone's surprise, Al-Hussaini broke down under questioning and unwittingly confessed to self-incriminating details - details known only to the dark-haired stranger seen socializing with a very boisterous Timothy McVeigh and the bar tender who served beer to the two men in an Oklahoma City nightclub.

Sweeping legal vindication

On November 17, 1999, Federal Judge Timothy Leonard dismissed the libel lawsuit in a sweeping ruling that upheld as "undisputed" all fifty statements of fact and opinion that implicated Hussain Al-Hussaini as the third terrorist in the Oklahoma City bombing. More significantly, the evidence irrefutably discredited his alibi.

Al-Hussaini could never establish for the court his whereabouts for the critical hours of April 19. Nonetheless, he appealed his case to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. On March 26, 2003, the three-judge panel issued a unanimous ruling to dismiss the case and affirmed the trial court's decision.

Nexus: 4-19 and 9-11

Soon after that fateful day in April of 1995, Al-Hussaini moved to Boston and sought employment at the Boston Logan International Airport. In November 1997, four years before two planes were hijacked from that very airport on a murderous trek to the World Trade Center, Al-Hussaini confided to his psychiatrist he was apprehensive about his airport job stating "If something happens there. I'll be a suspect."

During his deposition one year later in 1998, Al-Hussaini disclosed that during the time he was experiencing panic attacks about his airport employment, he was residing with two Iraqi Gulf War veterans who served in Saddam's army. The Iraqi veterans owned a business that provided food-catering services to the commercial airlines at Boston Logan.

In the wake of the suicide hijackings of 2001, law enforcement speculated that food service workers might have planted the box cutters aboard those doomed flights. Hussain Al-Hussaini's bizarre prediction and expressed fear about an event that might occur at Boston Logan just grazes the surface of the disturbing connections I have discovered between 4-19 and 9-11.

9-11 Commission and FBI Director Louis Freeh

The 9-11 commission recently discussed my book when commissioner John Lehman asked former FBI Director Louis Freeh about the possible Iraqi/Al Qaeda connection to the Oklahoma City bombing. Lehman boldly asserted that the startling new information contained in The Third Terrorist "begs for further investigation." Director Freeh declined to dismiss the notion of foreign complicity in the 1995 terrorist massacre.

Philippine/Al-Qaeda Connection

The evidence that I have outlined, thus far, deals solely with the collusion of Iraqi nationals with Timothy McVeigh. However, I have also uncovered strong indicators of an Al-Qaeda connection to this terrorist operation. The McVeigh defense team uncovered evidence that indicated Terry Nichols might have received bomb making expertise from Al Qaeda explosives experts based in the Philippines.

We know that this small-time Kansas farmer of modest means took expensive and unexplained trips to the Philippines, many times without his Filipino mail order bride. The court record reveals the Oklahoma City bomber was in Cebu City in December 1994 at the same time as the mastermind of the first World Trade Center attack, Ramzi Yousef.

Did these two men cross paths? According to the sworn statement of the co-founder of the Muslim terrorist group Abu Sayyaf, which is a spin-off organization of Al Qaeda, Terry Nichols and Ramzi Yousef met personally to discuss bomb making in the early 1990's.

Richard Clarke, President Clinton's former chief terrorist advisor, disclosed in his new book that the FBI "could never disprove" the theory that the Kansas farmer learned the macabre genius of terrorist bomb making under the training of Philippines-based Al-Qaeda general, Ramzi Yousef. Clarke stated, "We do know that Nichols' bombs did not work before his Philippine stay and were deadly when he returned."

Phone records revealed that Nichols received and made a slew of calls to a boarding house in Cebu City, which according to McVeigh's defense lawyers, sheltered students from a university well known for Islamic militancy. Nichols and McVeigh also made a series of cryptic calls on a phone debit card to untraceable numbers and public pay phones in the Philippines from public pay phones in Kansas in order to cover their trail. Why? That question has never been addressed or answered by the Department of Justice.

Prior warning and two "lily white" recruits

Attorney General John Ashcroft recently warned the nation to brace for a possible Al-Qaeda attack in which the Islamic militants might recruit people who appear "European"- operatives who could easily slip below the law enforcement radar screen. I have learned first hand that terrorism makes for strange bedfellows and unforeseen alliances between seemingly polar-opposite groups. As the old saying goes, "An enemy of an enemy is a temporary friend." Such was the case in the 1995 strike on the Oklahoma federal complex.

On February 27, 1995 the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare issued a prior warning that stated there would be an "Iran-sponsored Islamic attack" on U.S. soil. Washington D.C. topped the hit list. The primary targets were Congress and the White House, a prescient insight into the events of 9-11.

The warning was distributed to the FBI and other federal intelligence agencies. In response, security was beefed up in the capitol city, so the focus then shifted from Washington, D.C. to the American Midwest. On March 3, 1995 the director of the Congressional Task Force, Yossef Bodansky, issued an updated alert stating the terrorists planned to strike at "the heart of the U.S."

Twelve cities were placed on the potential target list because of the radical Islamic groups and terrorist networks already operating within those metropolitan areas. As a result, Oklahoma City made the list.

More importantly, the Task Force learned that the Middle Eastern terrorists had recruited two "lily whites" to carry out the bombing of an American federal building. In the lexicon of the intelligence community, the term lily white refers to individuals who have no criminal history and no obvious ties to Middle Eastern terrorist organizations. McVeigh, a decorated Gulf War veteran and Nichols, a farmer and former soldier, both fit that criterion.

The 1995 Task Force warnings were generated from multiple intelligence sources in several Middle Eastern countries over a period of eighteen months prior to Oklahoma City bombing. Information was also gleaned from terrorist conferences which took place in the fall of 1994 and early 1995 in which Tehran's overriding desire to strike inside the "Great Satan" was unveiled. Osama bin Laden attended several of those conferences.

There was ample evidence that an international terrorism offensive, sponsored by Iran and Syria, was about to be launched inside the United States sometime after the start of the Iranian New Year on March 21, 1995.

However, at no time did I uncover any evidence that would indicate that law enforcement had enough information to stop the bomb. They had no idea that the plan involved a Ryder truck and the Murrah Building at 9:00 AM on April 19. They only knew a general time frame and that a United States federal installation was the likely target. The lily whites were simply impossible to isolate and track in time to prevent the impending tragedy.

FBI refused to investigate

By now, many of you are asking, if the case I have presented in The Third Terrorist is indeed true, then why hasn't the FBI arrested these Middle Eastern suspects? One possibility is that this information innocently slipped through the cracks of a massive federal investigation. However, I cannot explain why the FBI flatly refused to take receipt of this information in 1997 when I offered twenty-two witness statements and hundreds of pages of corroborative documentation implicating Iraqi nationals in the Murrah Building bombing.

Officials with the DOJ told my lawyer, and later confirmed to Fox News, that they did not did not want any more "documents for discovery" that they would be compelled by law to surrender to the defense teams for McVeigh and Nichols.

In 1999, I returned to the Bureau, and a very courageous FBI agent, Dan Vogel, took custody of the twenty-two witness affidavits, and passed them up the chain of command to the legal department at the Oklahoma City field office.

From there - the documents simply vanished.

They were never turned over to the defense teams, and there was no attempt to prove or disprove veracity of the witnesses' testimonies. Not witness was called or questioned.

To this day the Department of Justice and FBI refuse to clear the man identified as the third terrorist of suspicion in deadliest terrorist attack in 20th century America. My meticulous research into the Iraqi soldier's whereabouts for the morning of April 19 proves beyond a reasonable doubt that he has no alibi.

Why has the FBI never even questioned Hussain Al-Hussaini and his Middle Eastern cohorts - I am at a loss to explain.

That is a question that should be posed to the former administration and the handful of people who were responsible for investigating and prosecuting the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building.

Iraq War Justified

The Oklahoma City bombing, if orchestrated by an Iraqi hit squad operating under state sponsorship by Iran and Syria, would undoubtedly constitute an act of war against the United States. Given what I have discovered about the Iraqi/Al Qaeda links to the April 19, 1995 bombing, I applaud and salute the United States military for its tremendous courage and sacrifice in ousting Saddam Hussein.

How many more Americans would have been marked for death had the U.S. military not invaded Iraq and overthrown such a bloodthirsty broker of terror? I believe that our fallen soldiers have not died in vain to end the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction that have not yet been found, but to save Americans from another widespread slaughter of innocents like April 19.

 About the Author
In 1986, Jayna Davis graduated at the top of her class from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Broadcast Journalism. During her 12-year career as a television reporter, Jayna worked as a videotape editor, producer, news anchor, general assignments and investigative reporter. She entered the broadcast industry at KXII-TV in Sherman, Texas, then moved eastward to KLTV in Tyler, where she was recognized statewide for her achievements in general assignments and medical reporting.

In 1991, Jayna reached a top 20 broadcast market when she joined the news team at KCRA-TV in Sacramento, California, the third largest NBC affiliate in the country. In 1993, Jayna found her niche in Oklahoma City when KFOR-TV hired her as an investigative reporter. During her four years at KFOR, Jayna received several awards for investigative journalism.

Shortly after 9:02 AM on April 19, 1995, Jayna found herself staring at the smoldering shell of the Alfred P. Murrah Building with a photographer by her side recording the unspeakable bloodshed and carnage. The horrifying images were broadcast via satellite to the world, documenting what was deemed America's deadliest terrorist attack of the 20th century.

Within twenty-four hours, Channel 4's news director tapped Jayna to cover the FBI's international manhunt for the perpetrators and the infamous John Doe 2.

On June 7, 1995, KFOR-TV broadcast its first story in which the disgruntled Gulf War veteran, Timothy McVeigh, was identified drinking beer with a former Iraqi soldier in an Oklahoma City tavern. During the past nine years, Jayna has compiled a comprehensive and compelling investigative dossier, which unveils the Middle East's hand in the Oklahoma bombing. The evidence raises the disturbing question: did 4-19 sound the alarm that went unheeded?

Jayna is arguably the only journalist in the country who has dedicated years of intense research into the Middle Eastern connection to the 1995 terrorist strike on the Murrah Building. In 2001, she founded a non-profit corporation, Journalists' Committee for Justice, Inc, which has carried on the mission to seek justice for those who perished in America's heartland. On April 15, 2004, WND Books/Thomas Nelson Publishers released her explosive new book, The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing.
