Long-Form Birth Certificate of Obama is a Forged Document (A)

Israel Science and Technology Homepage

Long-Form Birth Certificate of Obama is a Forged Document

A note of explanation

Since this is a site of Science and technology, there is a need to explain why this site dedicates a page to expose forgery about a document related to Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. Mr. Obama is the President of the USA that is currently the leader of the Free World, and the most powerful country in the Western hemisphere. In his position as the President, the policies pursued by Mr. Obama affects the whole world and not just the USA.
Because of the persisting controversy about his eligibility, On April 27, 2011 the Office of the President at the White House released a document that is called "Long-Form Birth Certificate". The release of this simple document, after two years of controversy, raised in our minds the possibility that there could be something suspicious about the information available on this document. To check this, we downloaded the document that was posted at the White House site at http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf.
The analyses presented below reveal without a doubt that the Long-Form Birth Certificate of Mr. Obama is a fabricated, fake and forged document.
The publication of such a blatantly fake document about something so basic as the birthplace of Mr. Obama, should raise great concern about the suitability of the person who is holding the reigns on the most powerful country of the World.
Moreover, the lack of action on the part of the members of the United States House of Representatives and Senate, as well as the courts of the United States, despite many previous appeals to these three branches of American government, also raise a concern about how the governmental institutions of the reputedly best, and certainly the most important democracy in the Free World have avoided this issue.
Below, we present two different means by which the PDF document of Long-Form Birth Certificate of Mr. Obama can be examined.

Analysis of the document using Foxit Reader

A PDF document can be read by many different type of programs freely available. Here we used Foxit Reader version 4.3.1 that can be downloaded from the Foxit web site.
Instructions to check the document:
  1. Download the document fromhttp://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf
  2. Open the PDF document using Foxit Reader.
  3. Zoom into the document 800%. Scroll down until you see the serial number of the document "61 1064" in the top right-hand side of the document. In full page view the number appears as "61 10641". But, after magnification, the last digit "1" disappears! This last digit is also in a font that is different from the other digits. This is only one example. Many more examples can be discovered by examining magnified document with full page view of the document.
In brief, this simple analysis using just a viewing software reveals that the PDF document has been doctored by a graphics software.

Analysis of the document using Inkscape, a vector graphics software.

Reservations could be raised about the results of imaging by Foxit Reader noted above. As an independent test of the composition of the "Long-Form Birth Certificate" of Obama, the PDF file was also examined by an open source freely available Inkscape (version 0.48.1) graphics software.
Instructions to check the document:
  1. Download the document fromhttp://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf
  2. Import the PDF document using Inkscape. Unmark the two options in order not to modify the document.
  3. In vector graphics software, an image is composed of elements. If the "Long-Form Birth Certificate" of Obama was a photocopied document then it should not be composed of separate parts. To reveal if the document has parts, click on the image opened. The status line at the bottom of the software reports that the image is composed of "2 objects" that have been grouped.
  4. To "ungroup" image components click Ctrl-Shift-G or select Object>Ungroup.
  5. For a second time, again click on the image and to "ungroup" image components click Ctrl-Shift-G or select Object>Ungroup. The status line at the bottom of the program reports that the image includes 9 objects.
  6. Again click on the image and for a third time to "ungroup" image components click Ctrl-Shift-G or select Object>Ungroup. This time you see the outlines of nine rectangles marking the boundaries of the 9 objects.
  7. The most important object among the 9 objects that are revealed is shown below.
Obama Birth-Certificate Object 2
Comparing the object above with the original document, it is seen that in the top right-hand corner of the document the last digit "1", of the serial number of the form "61 10641" is missing. This repeats the same observation as seen in the simple magnified view of the document in the PDF Foxit Reader (see above).
These are just a few of the problems with this document. There are many other problems with this document that you can read about in various documents and web sites such as:

Why Obama's Birth Certificate Matters, Especially Now

By Selwyn Duke
There was a time when someone could perhaps justify sitting on the fence on the matter of Barack Obama's birth certificate.  There were those on the left who could chalk doubts about its authenticity up to conspiratorial internet paranoia.  As for the right, there was every reason to worry about being the victims of an Alinsky-style setup designed to marginalize opponents.  In other words, let the other side double down on an incredible claim, and then, at the most opportune time (October surprise?), provide irrefutable evidence to the contrary and make them look like deluded wackos.  So, for a long time, there might have been reason to watch, wait, and let the wheels of investigation render their judgment.
That judgment is in, and the time for waiting is over.
With the results of Maricopa County, AZ sheriff Joe Arpaio's "Cold Case Posse," an incredible claim has become an incredible situation: a team of professional investigators, commissioned by a major law-enforcement agency, has determined that the alleged birth certificate produced by the president of the United States is a probable forgery.
Process that for a moment.  The regime of the world's most powerful nation -- a republic that prides itself on adherence to the rule of law -- is likely peddling a forged document.  What say you, citizen?
Note that I didn't claim that the president isn't natural-born.  Rather, I claim nothing but am only stating a fact: there is now no denying that the birth-certificate matter warrants further investigation, and it is time for other law-enforcement agencies and the media to show due diligence.  And I will spell out the possibilities here:
    1. The Arizona investigators are correct.
    2. They are mistaken.
    3. They are lying.
For the record, I don't believe the last for a moment, but I do want to cover all the bases.  And home plate is this: the answer may be number one or two, and it's incumbent upon us to find out through further investigation.  And, for those who dislike Sheriff Arpaio, what if the answer is three?  Well, if a major law-enforcement agency is producing fraudulent evidence for the purposes of damaging a sitting president, wouldn't that warrant investigation, too?  The undeniable, irrefutable fact here is that there is smoke.  And we need to find out who started the fire.
In response to these facts, the left will sometimes mount an argument for why Obama is, in fact, natural-born.  But this issue is at the moment secondary.  And about it I will merely state that there are only two possibilities.  First, if the allegedly forged birth certificate relates to the president's natural-born status, then it's clear that the Obama administration is concerned about that status.  And what if it doesn't relate to whether the president is natural-born?
Then it relates to something else.
You don't present a forged a document for no reason.  Again, the undeniable, irrefutable fact here is that there is smoke.  And we need to find out what is feeding the fire.
Remember, too, that document forgery is a crime.  If you were found benefiting yourself through it, you'd be prosecuted.  Should the president be held to a lower standard?
In point of fact, on the part of the media and citizenry, he must be held to a higher one.  We're not talking here about some kid who forged an ID so he could drink at 18 in a bar.  This is the most powerful man in the world, who, it appears, is passing off a forgery for some mysterious -- or not so mysterious -- reason.  This mystery needs to be solved.
Also consider the consequences of allowing this alleged high crime to go unanswered.  If Obama is willing to fob off a forgery on the American people, what else is he capable of?  If he gets away with it, what else will he do?  Remember that in every case in history in which a leader amassed more power for himself by gradually undermining his nation's democratic system, he had millions of enablers.  These were the crowds Cicero spoke of that cheered "ambitious scoundrel" Julius Caesar as he paved his way to dictator.  These are the "good men" Edmund Burke referred to who do nothing in the face of evil.  Sometimes, of course, they're simply scared.  Other times they may not want to seem like a nutty Chicken Little saying the sky is falling.  Or they may not want to accept that the sky actually is falling, so they rationalize and dress the naked emperor with their eyes.  After all, when a problem is daunting or scary, the self-delusion that allows one to ignore it can be appealing.
Most people also don't want conflict; they may fear a constitutional crisis.  But know that if Obama is peddling a forged document, it may simply be another example of how we already are in a constitutional crisis.  The only question now is whether we're going to fight the fire or continue to fiddle while the Constitution burns.

      [2]WND EXCLUSIVE

FROM A TO Z: WHAT'S WRONG WITH OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

Examine for yourself mounting evidence that president's document isn't genuine

After years of stonewalling and fighting in court to keep his long-form birth certificate under wraps, President Barack Obama has publicized an image of the document he claims should resolve his birthplace once and for all.
But is it the real deal?

In his speech announcing the birth certificate’s release, Obama quickly tried to silence critical analysis of document:
“I know that there’s going to be a segment of people for which, no matter what we put out, this issue will not be put to rest, but I’m speaking to the vast majority of the American people,” Obama said. “We do not have time for this kind of silliness.”
But Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, the only news agency that has waged a relentless investigative campaign on questions swirling around Obama’s constitutional eligibility, warns those questions shouldn’t be dismissed so quickly.
“The news media and the political establishment were quick to rush to judgment regarding Obama’s eligibility in 2008, without any basis,” Farah said. “It would be a big mistake for everyone to jump to a conclusion now based on the release of this document, which raises as many questions as it answers.”
Some of those questions have already been resolved – such as rumors WND debunked claiming the name of the hospital on the document was fictitious – while others present significant challenges to accepting the birth certificate’s validity.
Retired Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, the chief of Stand Up America, a national security expert and Fox News contributor, says the “Certificate of Live Birth” released in April by the White House is a forgery, but the FBI is covering the fraud and no one in Congress is willing to tackle the situation because of fears of a “black backlash” if the failings of the nation’s first black president are revealed.

      Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely
In an interview with Greg Corombos for WND, Vallely, who previously has expressed concerns about whether the Obama administration is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, said, “His actual birth certificate has never been found in Hawaii nor released from Hawaii hospital there, Kapiolani hospital there, if it in fact did exist.”
“We’ve had three CIA agents, retired, and some of their analytical associates look at it, and all came to the same conclusion, that even the long-form was a forged document,” Vallely said.
“No members of Congress will take this on. The word I get out of Washington is that they don’t want to challenge this because it would be in fact a felony offense and in some cases may be even treasonous and [they are] afraid of a black backlash from some of the urban areas,” Vallely said.
“But that’s a very poor excuse for not taking necessary steps to make sure this president in fact is a legitimate president under Article 2 and he is a born U.S. citizen.”
The departments of government designed to uncover wrongdoing, in this case, are on the wrong side, he said.
“I think they’re (the FBI) covering for this administration. I think the corruption within this administration is so proliferated through the agencies of government now, we’re just in a bad situation here. I think the lack of confidence in our government is growing and many feel that not only all the members of Congress but even our courts are corrupted at this time,” he said.
A multitude of questions over Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office under the requirements in the Constitution that call for a “natural born citizen” have been raised since before he was elected.
In a detailed analysis, a nationally recognized computer expert who has served as contributing author and technical editor for more than 100 books on Adobe and Microsoft software says the Obama long-form birth-certificate image released by the White House is a fake.
“The PDF file released by the White House contains evidence of manipulation suggesting that one or more forgers utilized existing Hawaiian birth certificates to assemble fraudulently for Barack Obama a document the president presented to the world as authentic,” Mara Zebest told WND.
Zebest has prepared a full analysis of the image that was presented April 27 by Barack Obama to the world as a copy of his original birth documentation in the state of Hawaii.
The image released online is a copy of Obama’s copy of the original, as are the paper copies that were handed out to reporters.
Zebest’s analysis begins by documenting inconsistencies in the pixels and bitmap text that display throughout the Obama file, for instance, in the birth certificate number 10641, as seen in Exhibit 1:

Exhibit 1. Obama birth certificate, 4/27/11. Viewed in Adobe Acrobat at 1200 percent zoom
Exhibit 2 offers more examples of the telltale inconsistencies Zebest found. First, defining her terms, Zebest explains that “antialiasing” is the transition of pixel colors
that occurs when differing color tones bump into each other in an image. It
offers a smooth line (to the eye) when viewed at the normal zoom. Viewed
in a closeup mode it appears as an angled pattern. She explains,
“Without antialiasing, the edges appear jagged or bitmapped.” Bitmapping
is a specific computer format used for images that gives them a more
      choppy appearance when zoomed.
      According to Zebest:
      • Bitmap text versus antialiasing text: Notice the bitmap X checkbox in question compared to the antialiased X checkbox in question “e” – major inconsistency.
      • Additionally, the checkboxes are slightly different widths and positioned differently. (Pixels of checkboxes on the bottom right overlap line pixels below, almost as if the boxes were copied and pasted and manually positioned).
      • Some letter characters are identical, pixel for pixel, almost as if they were copied and pasted and then moved into position. For example, the lowercase “i” in the word Inside is identical to the first “i” in judicial. There are many similar identical instances as there are dissimilar typesetting examples of different fonts – both suggesting compilation of a document digitally.
      • Irregular typesetting spacing which is not consistent with proportional spacing used by computers or monospacing used by typewriters in 1961 – but is consistent with copy and pasting and moving letters around. Example: The word “Yes,” which has too much space between “Y” and “e” and not enough space between “e” and “s.”
“A normal document scanned and saved as a PDF file would not display these inconsistencies unless the document had been digitally altered,” she said. “A digitally altered document is by definition a manufactured document, or in everyday parlance – a forgery.”

Exhibit 2. Obama birth certificate, 4/27/11. Evidence of Font typesetting inconsistencies
Exhibit 3 demonstrates mixed solid bitmapped character elements combined with antialiased elements in the signature of Ann Dunham and in the text of the form immediately above her first name, Stanley, enclosed in parentheses.

Exhibit 3. Obama birth certificate, 4/27/11. Inconsistencies within signatures
“Typed characters in the birth certificate form appear to have been altered digitally by the forgers whenever signatures overlapped or bumped against printed text characters in the form,” she said.
Figure 4 shows the dates stamped into boxes 20 and 22 on the form displaying different color tones within the date stamp, such that some of the digits are dark black – especially the last digit “1″ in both instances – while other digits are a light gray.

Exhibit 4. Obama birth certificate, 4/27/11. Inconsistencies in pixel colors and spelling errors
“My guess is that the creator of this document was inexperienced when it comes to a multitude of concepts in using Adobe software,” Zebest said. “Whoever forged the Obama birth certificate might have known enough to be dangerous, but not enough to know how to cover up their tracks.”
Exhibit 4 also notes the misspelling of “THE” in the rubber stamp placed on the document by the Hawaii State Register Alvin Onaka, Ph.D., and an apparent smiley face drawn in the loop of the letter “A” on his signature – two anomalies on which WND previously reported.
As noted in Exhibit 5, Zebest also listed a number of questions about the Obama birth certificate that she believes demand explanation.

Exhibit 5. Obama birth certificate, 4/27/11. Overall information defies common sense
Her list of questions regarding Exhibit 5 included the following:
      • Why is there an odd, excessive typesetting space between the number 4 and comma in the birth date?
      • “African” is not a race. Would “American” be a race? It may not be politically correct, but in 1961, the option for race would have been Negro, not “African,” which is another odd artifact out of place with the context of the historical time and place – an anachronism.
      • Speaking of anachronisms, in 1961, when typewriters were used, the typist would move to the next line, and items would be started in a standard left margin (unless the typist purposely tabbed over to a different location on the document); thus, most of the left margin text would consistently line up at the same point. Figure 13 is explained below, and can be used to compare the margin line text in the Nordyke certificate with Obama’s in Figure 12. Nothing is properly aligned in Obama’s document.
      • The certificate number is out of sequence. Wouldn’t a smaller certificate number be consistent with the earlier birth date and the earlier Date Accepted, the filing date? WND previously reported on the anomaly involving the Nordyke numbers.
      • Where is the state seal? Who has an official birth certificate document that is missing a seal?
      • Why is there a background pattern? The Obama administration claims the pattern was added for security purposes – but isn’t that admitting to altering the document? Is the administration trying to create a frame of hiding the edits in plain sight by saying, “Yes, we edited the document to add security paper.” And why would this even be necessary?
      • Why would the date at the bottom of the document display different type fonts? The font used for the year is clearly a different font than the one used for the day. Under what circumstances would you change fonts while typing a date? Even if a stamp were used to stamp a date, wouldn’t the stamp be made with the same consistent font?
Zebest concluded her study with an analysis of the multiple layers evident in the White House-released PDF file.
She rejected the White House explanation that the layers were produced by scanning the document with OCR, or Optical Character Recognition, software turned on.
Examining the Onaka ink stamp, Zebest was able to determine that the object placed into the Obama document was scaled 34 percent and rotated 90 degrees. The result, she said, could be obtained only through digital manipulation and could not be an artifact of having scanned the document with OCR software activated.
“The text responds as if it were in a Microsoft Word document,” she asserted. “The text can be selected, changed, copied and pasted.”
Zebest concluded that whoever forged the Obama birth certificate probably did most of the digital manipulation required to construct the document using the program Adobe Photoshop.
Then, the manipulated document was transported to Adobe Illustrator for final touch-up before being released to the public.
She believes whoever created the forgery had insufficient expertise and did not realize that “flattening” the document in Photoshop Illustrator – a process that melds the layers – would still allow professionals to determine the layers required to manipulate the data in the process of forging the document.
“Overall, it’s an amateur job,” Zebest said. “The forgers obviously over-estimated their level of expertise in undertaking to forge a document that is destined to play a pivotal role in U.S. history.”
She just the latest on a growing list of graphic artists and computer experts who have examined the online birth certificate and have concluded the image has been altered.
For example, Karl Denninger, the former CEO of MCSNet, a Chicago networking and Internet company, who also told WND he voted for Obama, demonstrates “kerning” on the birth certificate, a lining up of letters routinely done by computers but impossible on typewriters of the 1960s, implying the document was computer generated, not photocopied.
Denninger’s work follows the opinion from another analyst, Ivan Zatkovich of Tampa-basedeComp Consultants, which consults on intellectual property for telecommunications, Web publishing and e-commerce. Zatkovich has 28 years experience in computer science and document management and for more than 10 years has been an expert witness in federal court in both criminal and civil litigation.
Zatkovich’s analysis of layers in the PDF file, while dispelling some purported anomalies on the document, nonetheless confirms others, leading him to the conclusion, “The content clearly indicates that the document was knowingly and explicitly edited and modified before it was placed on the web.”
And KJCT-TV of Grand Junction, Colo., reported the opinion of graphic artist James Colby, who said, “There is no doubt it has been edited and quite significantly.”
Several other factors bring the birth document’s authenticity into question:
      • The objectivity of “experts” cited by the mainstream media to verify the birth certificate is suspect, including that of Fox News Channel’s Jean-Claude Tremblay, who assured America they “should not be suspicious” of the document, but who, WND discovered, had heralded Obama’s election victory in an online post.
      • Stunningly, Tremblay later told WND that he wants the Fox News story corrected, claiming it deliberately misquoted him and continues to ignore his repeated requests. He said none of his comments would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document. “I no longer trust Fox News,” he said, expressing anger verging on disdain for the way he feels the network treated him. “Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story.”
      • Obama’s posted birth certificate contains the same anomalies as a well-known forgery that claimed he was born in Kenya, suggesting the anomalous markings came from the same source. “How could Obama’s ‘real’ birth certificate share these unique characteristics with an obvious forgery?” asks Farah. “For the life of me, I can’t figure out an answer other than they were created by the same person or persons.”
      • The birth certificate’s reported delivering physician, Dr. David Sinclair, differs from previously published reports and even the myth-busting Snopes.com’s original entry, which named Dr. Rodney T. West as the doctor of record.
      • Obama’s purported birth certificate contains over a dozen differences in form from the verified, Hawaii copy of the birth certificate issued to the Nordyke twins, born the next day at the same reported hospital.
      • Another YouTube participant, 37, who identifies himself as orangegold1 and a computer image expert, posted a video trying to persuade watchers that the White House either was ignorant in scanning and posting a document, or was submarined by someone inside the walls who wanted people to be suspicious of the document:
His concerns rest with the layers that are in the document, and he claimed some of the images on the document actually were added via computer.
“I do this for a living,” he said, adding that the document is “obviously faked.”
      • The local registrar listed in the Nordyke twins’ birth certificate is notably different than the local registrar on the Obama birth certificate.

Birth certificate of Gretchen Nordyke, one of two twin sisters born at what was known in 1961 as the Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In addition, the SmokingGun.com website notes several additional irregularities with the Obama birth certificate that do not appear on the Nordyke twin’s birth certificates:
      • In Box 3, “This Birth,” there are two “Xs” above “Twin” and “Triplet” – why are these “Xs” here and what do they signify?

      • What is the meaning of the smudges in the Obama birth certificate in the box containing the name of the attending physician?

      • What is the significance of the numbers, seen vertically, on the right side of the Obama birth certificate?
Hawaii officials say they have Obama’s original birth certificate and made copies for the president. One of the copies then was scanned and posted on the White House website.
But Denninger is among those who say there are still too many questions to simply examine an online image.
He contends, “There’s only one way we’re going to get the truth – a forensic document examiner is going to have to go look at the certificate and authenticate it. The real one – not a printout.”
The White House had trumpeted the release of the document, calling it “proof positive” Obama was born in Hawaii, as if that would answer all of the questions about his presidential eligibility.
In another swipe at the validity of the White House release, an international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.
“What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department,” Doug Vogt writes, “but this form is a created forgery.”
Vogt’s criminal complaint asserts: “I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense.”
When the Obama birth certificate “forgery” comes to the public’s attention, Vogt continues, “It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration.”
Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software.
Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years.
He has several concerns, including the curved and non-curved lines of type:
As seen in Figure 1 below, the word “Sex” on the printed form curves into the binder, while the typed word “Male” does not, Vogt argues.

Vogt observes that the word “Sex” printed on the form slants more to the left than the typed-in word “Male” below it.
He claims to have found another parallax problem in line 6c, “Name of Hospital or Institution.”

Vogt contends that the forger placed the typed-in text over the printed copy, creating a composite from a variety of original birth certificate forms.
He also expresses worry over the “halo” around lettering, which under a typical scan should not be there:

He then compares the above example to a grayscale scan in which there is no halo effect:

That’s because while he reportedly was born June 18, 1934, the senior Obama began listing the year of his birth as June 18, 1936, on U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service forms two years after arriving in the U.S.
The long-form birth certificate released by the White House lists Obama Sr’s. age as 25, corresponding to a 1936 year of birth.
The INS file documents that until Obama was born, Barack Obama Sr. stated that he was born in 1934. But after the birth of Obama Jr., he claimed a birth year of 1936 on some documents and 1934 on others.
But even if Obama’s Hawaiian birth were proven and verified, many contend the country’s founders understood a “natural born Citizen” – as listed by the Article 2, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution as a requirement to hold the office of president – to be a person born of two American parents.
Barack Obama Sr., who is listed as the father, was not a U.S. citizen.
The president himself even seemed to acknowledge the relevance of parental citizenship when he co-sponsored a resolution to address Sen. John McCain’s presidential eligibility that implied a “natural born Citizen” must be born to “American citizen” parents.
The list of other questions also being raised is long:
Just two weeks before Obama finally released his “long-form birth certificate,” Hawaii’s former Health Department chief Chiyome Fukino – the one official who claimed to have examined Obama’s original birth document – was interviewed by NBC News’ national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff, who reported that Fukino told him she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was “half typed and half handwritten.”
However, the document released by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were “handwritten.” What Fukino described is apparently a different document from what Obama released to the public.
The typography expert who played a key role in ending the career of CBS News anchor Dan Rather confirmed he has strong suspicions the Obama document is a fraud. Joseph M. Newcomer, who exposed the “Killian documents” as fraudulent in 2004, said it deserves a professional forensic examination. “There is something deeply wrong here,” he said.
A private investigator, Takeyuki Irei, in Hawaii has reported state employees in Hawaii said three Hawaiian birth certificates for Obama were forged to “screw with birthers.” The 57-year-old detective said he was stunned when he discovered that the purported copy of Obama’s document released by the White House was more or less an exact image of one of the forgeries. Irei said the document Obama released document looks just like another document he saw purporting that Obama’s birth place was an Queens Medical Center, not Kapiolani.
Doubt also seems to be fueled by revelations such as the report that noted Congress tried eight times over the time frame from 2003-2008 to eliminate or change the constitutional requirement that a president is a “natural born Citizen.” The report says Congress eventually gave up on eliminating the requirement, but then changed the focus of the argument to Sen. John McCain, in a resolution that addresses his eligibility. Obama’s eligibility never was similarly evaluated.
Some no longer even are considering the issue of eligibility: they are just calling for impeachment. Among those groups is the Americans for Legal Immigration PAC. Spokesman William Gheen said Obama “is no longer the legitimate president of the United States.”
The American public has been moving more and more toward the idea that there’s something wrong. A full half of the American public said in a recent poll that Congress needs to investigate Obama.
“You may have thought Barack Obama ended the eligibility debate, and certainly the birth certificate debate,” said Farah, “with his release of what purports to be his long-awaited, long-form document.
“But it’s not over,” he added. “Not by a long shot.”

      'IRREFUTABLE' PROOF OF OBAMA FORGERY

Document details show typewriter had variable type way back in 1961?

      by JEROME R. CORSI

NEW YORK – Unless the typewriter used to type Barack Obama’s purported Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth” in 1961 was magically capable of producing different size and shaped images with the exact same key, the document released by the White House April 27 is a forgery, says a professional typographer with 50 years experience.
“Steel-stamped letters do not expand to larger sizes and morph into different styles of type,” retired New York City typographer Paul Irey told WND.
As WND previously reported, it would be impossible for the different letters that appear in the Obama birth certificate to have been typed by one typewriter, according to Irey.
“These are irrefutable proofs of forgery,” he said.
His newest analysis suggests the document was assembled from images of letters or words taken from other documents.
“The forger who produced the Obama Hawaii long-form birth certificate may have thought that all typewriter typeface styles were alike,” he said.
“To get his letters, the forger must have understood that he needed to copy the old typewriter styles,” he continued. “So the forger probably scanned a bunch of old birth certificates, without realizing that the letters in the old files were from different typewriter styles. That’s why the letters in the forged document do not match each other.”
Irey used as a source document the Xerox copy of the Obama birth certificate the White House press staff handed to the press assembled in the White House pressroom on April 27, as seen in Exhibit 1:
From this source, Irey extracted individual typed letters and prepared a chart listing each typed letter that appeared in the document identified in the chart with a unique number identifier, as seen in Exhibit 2:
In Exhibit 3, Irey advanced his previously published analysis by comparing the two letters, #144 and #146, used to form the name “Barack” in Box 8, “Name of the Father,” and explained they are not identical, such that the one is significantly bigger than the other.
“Why then is #144 significantly bigger than #146, if the same typewriter key struck both?” Irey asked.
Exhibit 3: 1st set typeface comparisons from the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House, April 27, 2011
Exhibit 4 extends the analysis to four additional letters from the Obama birth certificate, with the width of each letter measured and compared to make clear the size difference in the typeface.
As seen with the “s” in “Hussein” compared to the “s” in “Stanley,” the typeface differs not only in size, but also in kind, with the serif differences leading to the conclusion that more than one typewriter was used to create the document.
Exhibit 4: 2nd set typeface comparisons from the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House, April 27, 2011
In Exhibit 5, Irey notes that the two different “t” letters in the word “Student” are particularly noteworthy.
“As a typographer I could see no reason for a different style of letter within the same word,” Irey commented regarding the two different “t” letters used in typing the word “Student,” a peculiarity seen in the last example presented in Exhibit 5.
Exhibit 5: 3rd set typeface comparisons from the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House, April 27, 2011
In Exhibit 6, Irey summarizes his argument: “If all the letters are from the same typewriter, why don’t they match?”
Exhibit 6: Typeface analysis: Summary of argument Obama long-form birth certificate, White House Release, April 27, 2011.
“It’s been some 30 years since we have used typewriters to produce documents,” Irey noted. “Computers have replaced the typewriter and give us great advantages in document preparation. There is no need to understand the old typewriter – except when you need to forge a typewritten document.”

CRIMINAL COMPLAINT CHARGES OBAMA BIRTH RECORD 'FORGED'

22-page brief filed with FBI claims 'irrefutable proof' document a fraud

This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.
An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.
Curved and non-curved lines of type
Vogt says that the curved surface on the left margin of the Obama birth certificate suggests the county employee who did the original scanning of the document did not take the individual page out of the binder.
“The result is that all the pages in that book display a parallax distorted image of the lines and type,” he says.
He claims, however, that the information typed into the form does not curve like the printed text on the form itself.

The word “Name” printed on the form and the lines above and below drop down two pixels while the typed-in hospital name, “Kapiolani,” does not, he says.
“The conclusion you must come to is that the typed-in form was superimposed over an existing original Certificate of Live Birth form,” Vogt writes.
Vogt contends that the forger placed the typed-in text over the printed copy, creating a composite from a variety of original birth certificate forms.
“In fact, since I found some of the form headings scanned in as binary and grayscale, the form itself is a composite but the person who created it did not flatten the image of the blank form and save it as one file before they started placing the typewriter text on the composite form,” he says. “The individual(s) who perpetrated this forgery could not evidently find a blank form in the clerk’s imaging database, so they were forced to clean up existing forms and overlay the typewriter type we see here.”
      ‘Halo’
A “white-halo effect” around some of the printed and typed-in letters on the form convinced Vogt that the document was a forgery.
If the birth certificate were a scan, as the White House maintained, it should have been a grayscale image in which no haloing effect would be visible, he reasons
Vogt displays the figure below from the document released by the White House, demonstrating the white-halo effect:

He then compares the above example to a grayscale scan in which there is no halo effect:

The next image is a color scan in which there is no halo effect, with the green color of the security paper touching the edge of the type:

The figure below is a black-and-white binary image:

Vogt’s argument is that a grayscale scan or a color image scan, as seen above, can be converted to a black-and-white binary image.
However, the presence of grayscale and binary images on the same scan is a clear indication of document manipulation, he contends.
“The important thing to remember is that you cannot have grayscale and binary on the same scan unless the image is a composite,” Vogt argues. “This means that different components of the whole image are made up of smaller parts.”
      What produced the white-halo effect?
“We know that all the original Certificates of Live Birth were microfilmed because we can see the Nordyke certificate (below) was microfilmed,” he explains. “Then, some time after 2004, the paper original copies, in post binder books, were scanned using a commercial document scanner with a flat bed, scanned as grayscale images.”

Copy of microfilmed original long-form birth certificate of Susan Nordyke, born in Honolulu the day after Obama’s reported birthdate.
Vogt concludes that the forger was forced to convert the microfilmed images of original birth certificates to grayscale, as seen below,  before the originals could be used to form a composite.

Susan Nordyke microfilmed birth certificate converted to grayscale
Next, Vogt says, the forger converted the grayscale converted image to a binary image and placed it onto a background form image.
“The problem was that there were still image values for the pixels around the placed type,” Vogt observes, “so when he/she placed the type image over the background and instructed the program to bring the type “forward” it blanked out the background image, hence the haloing effect around the type.”
      ‘Another smoking gun’
Finally, Vogt contends that the birth certificate released by the White House is loaded with binary and grayscale letters, “which is just another smoking gun that this form is a forgery.”
Some of the lines and some of the boxes on the White House birth certificate were scanned using grayscale, but only some of the form headings and some of the letters were grayscale, he said.
Vogt produced the image below to illustrate his point:

      Vogt explains:
You will notice the H and al in Hospital, and I in Institution. If and again the h and l in hospital were grayscale images, but the rest of the line is binary. The typewriter line below was scanned in as a binary image. I can also tell you for certainty that the form type was scanned in at a lower resolution (≤200 dpi). This is because of the size of the pixels on the letters were such that the openings on the a and s on the first line are not visible and filled in. This may also further indicate that forger took some of the type images from the microfilmed copies.
As another example of grayscale and binary type on the same line, Vogt selected the name “BARACK” from the form’s box “1a,” as show below:

“For some reason the ‘R’ is a grayscale image and the rest is binary,” he writes. “That means the ‘R’ was originally on the form and the rest was not until it was added.”
Vogt asks why the forger would leave some grayscale images in the form and not just erase the whole form.
He answer is that the forger needed to leave the grayscale images to re-establish the baseline of the type in order to place the superimposed binary type properly, in line with the other typing on the form.
“This also told me that the forger was an experienced graphic artist,” Vogt concludes.
Another example was the birth certificate number itself, as seen below:

“This is just another example of a cut and paste job,” Vogt noted. “It also means we do not know what the real birth certificate number is, if there even is one.”
      Vogt’s verdict
Vogt concludes that the Obama birth certificate document released by the White House on April 27 is an “outrageous and obvious” fraud.
“You could truly call this a Frankenstein Certificate of Live Birth,” he says in summary.
“It is a logical conclusion,” he says, “that since President Barack Obama felt it necessary to have a Certificate of Live Birth forged for himself then we must conclude that there is in fact no birth certificate in Hawaii and therefore he was not born inside the United States, as the Constitution requires, and he knew it and others also knew it but wanted him in office for whatever reason.”

EXPERTS: REGISTRAR STAMPS CONFIRM OBAMA FORGERY

Evidence points to cut-and-paste sham, not actual copy of 1961 birth document

A close examination of the state registrar’s stamp on the Obama birth certificate released by the White House indicates the document is forged, according to the preponderance of Adobe experts consulting with WND.
There are two different registrar stamps evident on the Obama birth certificate: The date stamp, indicating April 25, 2011, and the text and signature stamp containing registrar Dr. Alvin Onaka’s signature.
Both registrar stamps appear to have been applied by a rubber stamp inked from a blotter.
The registrar stamps appear to be external objects that were imported into the document. The stamps were not impressions copied whole, the experts believe, but were created uniquely for the Obama document by a cut-and-paste process.
Moreover, the area around the date stamp indicates the image is not a scan of a paper document but a PDF file created electronically.
The inescapable conclusion from this analysis, the experts contend, is that the Obama birth certificate as presented by the White House on April 27 is not an authentic copy of an original 1961 document held in the file of the Hawaii Department of Health. Instead, they say, it’s an electronic, manipulated document created most likely from pieces of authentic records– in other words, a forgery.
The experts include Mara Zebest, a nationally recognized computer expert who has served as contributing author and technical editor for many books on Adobe software, and Doug Vogt, who has filed a criminal complaint that charges Obama’s birth record is forged.
      Stamps are imported links
Viewed in Adobe Illustrator, the date stamp and the registrar text, along with the signature of Dr. Alvin Onaka, constitute two separate layers, indicating the date stamp was electronically placed on the electronic birth certificate, as seen in Exhibit 1, separately from the state registrar text and signature, as seen in Exhibit 2.

Exhibit 1: Group highlighted to reveal registrar date stamp external link

Exhibit 2: Group highlighted off to reveal registrar text/signature external link
That the registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamps were both created by links to external objects imported into the Obama birth certificate is also confirmed by turning on “Links” in the “Window” menu in Adobe Illustrator.
As seen in Exhibit 3, further evidence that the two registrar stamps are external objects imported into the Obama birth document can be seen in that the date stamp and the registrar text/signature can easily be moved and repositioned anywhere on the document.
Moreover, as seen in Exhibit 3, moving the two registrar stamps leaves behind a white halo residue that indicates where the two external links had initially been pasted into the document.

Exhibit 3: Registrar stamp date object and text/signature objects separately repositioned on Obama birth certificate
      Manipulated objects
Exhibit 4 reveals not only was the registrar date stamp imported from an external link, the imported object was scaled and then rotated -90° to be placed in the document.

Exhibit 4: Registrar stamp date object and text/signature objects separately repositioned on Obama birth certificate
In a similar fashion, Exhibit 5 reveals the registrar text/signature was also an imported object scaled and then rotated -90° to be placed in the document.

Exhibit 5: Registrar stamp text and signature scaled and rotated to be placed in Obama birth certificate
Identical pixel structure reveals ‘cut-and-Paste’ creation
An examination of the registrar text under magnification shows several letters that contain the exact pixel structure, a phenomenon that is only possible if the letter was produced by a copy, cut and paste process.
Exhibit 6 demonstrates that the “T” in “CERTIFY” was copied and pasted identically into the text of the registrar stamp eight times. But in four instances (the “T” in “ABSTRACT,” the “T” in “TXE,” the second “T” in “State,” and the “T” in “DEPARTMENT”), the pixel structure is different, showing that these letters were not produced by a copy, cut and paste process.

Exhibit 6: Identical “T” letters (yellow highlight) in registrar stamp text compared with different “T” letters (underlined in green)
Exhibit 7 provides a second demonstration of letters in the registrar stamp with identical pixel structures. Yellow highlighting shows the letter “H” with identical pixel structures, compared to the letter “H” appearing with a different pixel structure as indicated by green underlining in the second “H” of “HEALTH.”

Exhibit 7: Identical “H” Letters (yellow highlight) in registrar stamp text compared with different “H” letters (underlined in green)
Exhibit 8 gives a third demonstration. Identical pixel structures are seen in the “I” of “IS” and the two “Is” of “HAWAII” (yellow highlighting), compared to the “I” in “CERTIFY” and in “FILE” (green underlining).

Exhibit 8: Identical “I” letters (yellow highlight) in registrar stamp text compared with different “I” letters (underlined in green)
Other letters also show identical pixel structures: the “E” in “FILE,” “HEALTH” and the first appearance of “STATE”; the “O” in the second “OF” and the “O” in “OR”; the “A” in “A” and the “A” in “HEALTH.”
What this demonstrates, the experts say, is that the text of the state registrar stamp was assembled by a cut-and-paste job. It resembles, they explain, a crude ransom note assembled by cutting letters from various printed articles and pasting them together to form words.
The “TXE” or “TKE” misspelling and the smiley face
The experts wonder why a forger would not simply copy a registrar date stamp and paste it into the document whole, unless, for some reason they wanted to leave “signatures” – the “TXE” and the smiley face in the initial letter “A” of Dr. Alvin Onaka’s signature.
As WND has reported, the “TXE” misspelling is clear when seen under magnification, as demonstrated in Figure 9:

Exhibit 9: The “TXE” misspelling in “THE RECORD”
Under higher magnification, it is clear that the “X” is not a result of a smear on the paper but is formed by a fundamentally different pixel structure than is apparent in the various “H” letters highlighted in yellow in Exhibit 10.

Exhibit 10: The “TXE” misspelling in “THE RECORD” seen under higher magnification
Under even higher magnification, as seen in Exhibit 11, it is even arguable the misspelled “X” is possibly a “K,” formed leaning forward to the right in what may be referred to as a “walking K.”

Exhibit 11: The “TXE” misspelling in “THE RECORD” seen under even higher magnification
The “X” or “K,” under extreme magnification, appears to have been manipulated, based on the pixel structure.
The smiley face in “Alvin” is also apparent under magnification, as seen in Exhibit 12.

Exhibit 12: “Smiley Face” in “A” of “Alvin”
Under even higher magnification, as seen in Exhibit 13, the smiley face can be seen to have been created by placing a letter “E” into the forward loop of the “A” in “Alvin.”

Exhibit 13: “Smiley face” in “A” of “Alvin” seen in higher magnification
In summary, an examination of the registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp in the Obama birth certificate reveals the following anomalies:
      • There is a white halo effect behind the letters of text of both registrar stamps in the Obama document;
      • The background security paper in the Obama document does not appear immediately adjacent to the letters in the document and shows up as white or gray space in the holes formed by the letters and spaces between the letters;
      • The registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp in the Obama document appear as external linked objects visible when the layers are viewed in Adobe Illustrator;
      • The registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp in the Obama document can be separately selected and moved around or repositioned on the document;
      • Several letters in the registrar text/signature on the Obama document appear to have an identical pixel structure under magnification, indicating a cut-and-paste quality to the composition;
      • There is a misspelled word in the text/signature stamp on the Obama document and a smiley face in the same stamp in the loop of the first letter of the registrar’s signature.
Note also that in Exhibit 14, the scan of the authentic birth certificate, the embossed seal is clearly visible, a feature that is not easily observable on the Obama birth certificate.
      Comparison to scanned birth certificate
As previously reported, WND has an authentic long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate issued by the Hawaii Department of Health on March 15, 2011, to compare against the Obama birth certificate.
As displayed in Exhibit 14, a scan of the authentic document after being run through Optical Character Recognition, or OCR, and viewed in Adobe Illustrator includes only one layer. The entire scan is either visible or switched off depending on whether the one layer is clicked to be visible or to be hidden.

Exhibit 15 shows how the authentic registrar text/signature stamp looks in the authentic document scanned with OCR switched on.

Exhibit 16 is a close-up of the registrar text/signature stamp from the Obama birth certificate.

Exhibit 17 shows the registrar date stamp in the authentic birth certificate scanned with OCR.

Exhibit 17: Registrar date stamp close-up taken from scan of authentic Hawaii DOH-issued birth certificate
Exhibit 18 is a close-up of the registrar date stamp from the Obama birth certificate.

Exhibit 18: Registrar date stamp close-up taken from Obama birth certificate
As seen in the comparison between Exhibits 16 and 17, the scan of the authentic birth certificate, even with OCR, displays none of the peculiarities of the Obama birth certificate scan, raising serious doubt that the PDF released by the White House is a scan of the original 1961 birth certificate as the White House represented.
In summary, an examination of the registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp in the authentic birth certificate scanned with OCR reveals the following:
      • There is no white halo effect behind the letters of text of both registrar stamps in the authentic document;
      • The background security paper in the authentic document appears immediately adjacent to the letters in the document and completely fills the space in the holes formed by the letters and spaces between the letters;
      • The registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp in the authentic document do not appear as external linked objects visible when the layers are viewed in Adobe Illustrator;
      • The registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp in the Obama document cannot be separately selected, moved around or repositioned on the document;
      • No letters in the registrar text/signature in the authentic document bear any identical pixel structure under magnification, indicating a cut-and-paste quality to the composition of the text/signature stamp;
      • There is no misspelled word in text/signature stamp on the authentic document and no smiley face in the same stamp in the loop of the first letter of the registrar’s signature.
Optimizing the authentic document after it was scanned with OCR switched on failed to produce in the authentic document the anomalies observed in the registrar date stamp and in the registrar text/signature stamp in the Obama birth certificate.
The comparison of the scanned authentic birth certificate with the Obama birth certificate counters the argument that anomalies observed in the registrar date stamp and the registrar text/signature stamp are due to the Obama birth certificate having been scanned with Optical Character Recognition having been turned on, or with the file having been optimized.
