On Monday, 11/14/05, Tucker Carlson welcomed Brigham Young University Professor Steven Jones to the 'Situation.' Steven Jones, a professor of physics, believes that the hijackers may not have brought down the towers by themselves (Actually he said Moslems didn't do the WTC demolitions).   http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10053445/   Tucker explained: (For)The two towers (collapse). The explanation has been that the fire inside was so intense that it weakened the structural steel and that each floor collapsed down upon the next in a pancake fashion, and they imploded in on themselves. That's essentially, I think, what people think.   This photo shows the 'reported' South Tower 'Towering Inferno" on the left shortly after the impact:         Prof Jones: (One hypothesis, or possibility, is FIRE caused the collapse while) The other (hypothesis) is that EXPLOSIVES in the buildings may have caused the collapse. 'Commander-in-chief' Bush approval ratings, now sinking through the 30's would drop off the scale! However, Prof Jones pointed out as seen in this photo the KINK characteristic of a building demolition:         Prof Jones concludes: ...all scientists now reasonably agree that the fires were not sufficiently hot to melt the steel, so what is this (Ground Zero) molten metal? It's direct evidence for the use of high-temperature explosives, such as thermite, which produces molten iron as an end product.   These LIDAR Images show the hot spots in the DEBRIS PILES, not the ground itself As WTC7 was a conventional demolition job NO hot spots surround it. WTC1 (North Tower) and WTC2 (South Tower) are a considerable distance (300 feet) away from WTC7 implying no connection to the WTC1 and WTC2 demolitions and thus the WTC7 demolition was a separate event.               FROM: http://web.gc.cuny.edu/ees/october2001.pdf     OBVIOUSLY Tucker failed the Professor's tests showing poor preparation but so would many Americans. Tucker concludes: Professor, we are going to have to leave it to our viewers who are interested enough to follow up to do just that. We appreciate you coming on, even if I don't understand your theories, we appreciate you trying to explain them. Thanks.   Just so Tucker is better prepared for the next Prof Jones interview, video captures from the NBC 9/11 archive should be studied. With 17 minutes between crashes NBC must have had Intel that 9/11 was coming down to position a news helicopter in the WTC airspace in that 17 minute window.
