Ukraine, which parted from Russia in 1991, has never achieved a true independent state. Just like in Russia, or even 80 years earlier in the Weimar Republic, a tribe of vultures descended upon the body of the nation.
In the early 1990s, backed by the financial power of international Jewish bankers, the vultures bought for pennies, and plainly seized, all major enterprises previously owned by the state. Including the biggest factories and entire sectors of the newly "privatized" national economy.

According to the 2001 Ukrainian census, there are 103,000 Jews in Ukraine, which is 0.2% of the total population. Out of 130 nationalities in the Ukraine, the Jewish minority numerically is behind Bulgarians (204,000), Hungarians (156,000), Romanians (151,000) and Poles (144,000). However, as one might expect, the Jewish "oligarchs" were the ones who happened to seize all positions in mass media.
Professor Vasyl Yaremenko, director of the Institute of Culturological and Ethnopolitical research at Kiev State University, released an article in 2003 entitled, "Jews in Ukraine today: reality without myths." In it he says the following:
"Ukrainians need to know that the mass media is completely in the hands of Jews, and everything that we watch or read is the product of Jewish ideology…"He then reviews the situation in regards to Ukrainian network television and cable broadcasters:
• "First National Television Channel UT-1" is owned by the president of the Social Democratic Party, led and dominated by chief of staff Viktor Medvedchuk.• "Inter TV" and "Studio 1+1 TV" have been Ukrainian national broadcasters since 1996, they are available in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages. They are owned by Viktor Medvedchuk and Gregory Surkis.
• "Alternativa TV", "TET Broadcasting Company", and "UNIAN (Ukrainian Independent Information & News Agency)" are also owned by Viktor Medvedchuk and Gregory Surkis.
• "STB TV" and "ICTV" are owned by the Viktor Pinchuk, the wealthiest man in Ukraine, with an estimated net worth of $3 billion.
• "Novyi Kanal (New Channel) TV" is owned by Viktor Pinchuk with a group of Jewish oligarchs from Russia called "Alpha Group."

According to Professor Yaremenko, all major newspapers are also owned by Jews:
• The publishing house of Rabinovich-Katsman owns the newspapers Stolychka, Stolichnye Novosti, Jewish Review (in Russian), Jewish Reviewer, Vek, Mig, and Zerkalo .• Jed Sandes, an American citizen and a Jew, publishes Korrespondent and Kiev-Post.Who are these "Ukrainian" oligarchs?
• Gregory Surkis publishes Kievskie Vedomosti and the weekly 2000.
• Jew Dmitro Gordon publishes Bulvar.
• Viktor Pinchuk publishes Facts and Commentaries.
• The Donetsk Group (Jewish-Russian oligarchs) publishes Segondnya.
Jew Victor Pinchuk is the son-of-law of Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma [Kuchma was placed into office by Jew George Soros]. He is the owner of several oil, gas and energy import/export companies. He also owns the nation's largest steel mill and a chain of banks. His group has very strong ties with other Jewish organizations in Ukraine, as well as in the U.S. and Israel. He is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, an adviser to the president, and one of the leaders of the Labor Ukrainian Party.
Jew Vadim Rabinovich is a citizen of Israel. In 1980 he was charged with stealing state property and spent 9 months in a jail. In 1984 he was arrested and sentenced to 14 years in prison for his black market activities . He was released in 1990. In 1993 he became a representative of the Austrian company "Nordex" in Ukraine. The company received exclusive rights to sell Russian oil from president Kuchma. In 1997 Rabinovich became president of the All-Ukrainian Jewish Congress, and in 1999 he was elected head of the United Jewish Community of Ukraine. Also in 1999, Rabinovich created the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine. That same year the Associated Press estimated his wealth as $1 billion. Rabinovich owns Central Europe Media Enterprises, which controls television stations in seven East European countries.
Jew Victor Medvedchuk is Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma's Chief of Staff. The Medvedchuk-Surkis cabal controls Ukraine's energy sector (8 regional energy companies), oil and gas market, alcohol and sugar production, shipbuilding, and athletic organizations. He is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, and a leader in the Social Democratic party of Ukraine (SDPU).
Jew Gregory Surkis is second in command of the SDPU. He owns a soccer team, Dynamo-Kiev, and is a president of the Professional Soccer League. He is CEO of Slavutich, a company that controls several regional energy companies (KirovogradEnergo, PoltavEnergo, etc). He too is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament.
Professor Yaremenko points out that out of the 400+ members of the Ukrainian Parliament, 136 (possibly 158) are Jews. That is more than in the Israeli Knesset. Who voted for them, asks professor Yaremenko. Who paid for costly election campaigns? — 90% of Ukrainian banks are owned by Jews.
Ukraine is the perfect example of so-called Democracy - "democracy" where the rule of a tiny, ethnic minority is disguised under the cloak of the will and rule of the majority. By controlling mass media and skillfully manipulating the opinions of the Ukrainian electorat, these "fat cats" as they're called in Ukraine — these liars and corrupters, are the real masters in this beautiful country.
Does it surprise anyone to see the rise in "anti-Semitism" around the world, and in Ukraine in particular?
"Jews in Ukraine: Reality Without Myth" was published on Sept. 30, 2003, and was the article that prompted the Ukrainian Jewish Congress to file a lawsuit asking the court to shut down the newspaper Sel'skie Vesti, which published it. Sel'skie Vesti had a circulation of over 500,000 and was the largest in Ukraine.
On Jan. 28, a court in Kiev, Ukraine, ordered the closure of the daily newspaper on the grounds that it was publishing "hate literature," a crime in Jewish-owned Ukraine. The newspaper was found guilty of publishing "anti-Semitic" materials, and promoting ethnic and religious hostility.
A well-known Ukrainian Jewish community leader and anti-Zionist, Eduard Hodos, has come to the defense of the newspaper and the articles' author, Vasily Yaremenko. In the course of his speech intended for a hearing of the Appellate Court of the City of Kiev (scheduled for May 25, 2004, but delayed indefinitely for reasons unknown), the author denounces the Talmud as "monstrous" and defends Mel Gibson's 'The Passion of the Christ', which has come under attack by 'human rights advocates' everywhere. Prior to being shut down, the newspaper published the following letters from readers, which were reprinted by Jewish organizations and used as "proof" of "anti-Semtism."
...Today the Jewish community in Ukraine is not experiencing the rebirth of a national minority but is in the process of legalizing its dealings as an apolitical and economic structure, which is well planned, organized and financed. This so-called minority exhibits extreme aggression. It poses an elevated threat to the national security of Ukraine. As a foreign political body that practically oversees international trade, national finances, mass media and publishing, it must be placed under strict government and sate control, and must be regimented and regulated....90% of Ukrainian banks are run by Jewish "specialists." In other words, Ukrainian finances are in Jewish hands. As a Ukrainian citizen and an ethnic Ukrainian, my origin forces me speak up and ask: "Is this normal?"
...In the 1930s, all Ukrainian gold that had been passed down from generation to generation ended up in Jewish wallets after the famine organized by Jews [the author earlier writes that 99% of PCIA members––Stalin's secret police––were Jewish] and Ukrainians had to reach deeply into their pockets. However, Jews were not able to enjoy those stolen goods as German fascism changed the course of events. Today the gold of Ukrainian Jews, these gold diggers of the Ukrainian Klondike, is in banks in Switzerland.

...We are not anti-Semites. However, we believe it is dishonorable and demeaning to stay quiet when Zionists are taking over the political and economic spheres of our country. We must let people know the truth about the doings of Zionists in Ukraine.

"Much of the Ukrainian media is owned by Jewish businessmen..."
Israeli Newspaper Ha´aretz´ Online Edition published 16/08/2008 a revealing article by Anshel Pfeffer under the headline "Out of the shadows", on the life and achievements of Naomi Ben Ami, former Israeli ambassador to Ukraine.
Naomi Ben Ami has a record of co-working with the openly racist Avigdor Lieberman, who later in 2009 became Israel´s Foreign Minister. According to Ha´aretz Naomi Ben Ami is "close to Avigdor Lieberman", who according to the Israeli paper is "her political patron".
Ben-Ami has a background in the Israeli security apparatus before becoming ambassador. According to Ha´aretz she did "military service - as a secretary in Central Command", afterwards she entered work in the Israeli Foreign Ministry, where here husband was a security official.
Ha´aretz then writes some interesting facts on Ben Ami´s time as Israeli ambassador to Ukraine (underlines below have been added by Radio Islam for the sake of emphasis):
In 2003, she was appointed ambassador to Ukraine, a senior posting for a 43-year-old diplomat. She was there during the Orange Revolution and had to maneuver between the two sides as they jostled for power. "It was a riveting time, and not a simple one," she says. "As an embassy, we strictly avoided entering any place we were not supposed to enter, apart from one case, when unofficial Israeli observers arrived to supervise the elections, and it turned out that they were connected to a Russian institute. We were interviewed by the Ukrainian media and explained that we had nothing to do with it, but there were a few embarrassing moments. All in all, we were able to stay neutral, though other diplomats got involved."The situation was particularly sensitive, because as the nationalism intensified in the course of the revolution, anti-Semitism intensified along with it. Ben Ami prefers not to comment on the criticism that has been leveled at President Viktor Yushchenko - with whom she has "very good relations," she says - for not doing enough to suppress the anti-Semitism.The Ha´aretz article includes some interesting revelations. For instance that the Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko had "very good relations" with the Israeli ambassador, expecting this to payoff as"Israeli support in his contacts with the United States and the West".
"She might have social relations with some of the leaders of the government," says an Israeli emissary who served in the Ukrainian capital, "but in practice she did not have any diplomatic achievements. Yushchenko may be perceived as pro-Western and as friendly to Israel, but actually he is covering for harsh anti-Semitic elements in Ukraine, and even though he expects Israeli support in his contacts with the United States and the West, we did not demand a proper quid pro quo for this, and that can be seen in part as Ben Ami's failure." Her critics also accuse her of failing to handle the local media properly during the Second Lebanon War.
Much of the Ukrainian media is owned by Jewish businessmen, but the local embassy was nevertheless unable to change the anti-Israel line that dominated most of the media outlets. Ben Ami's efforts to enlist the local oligarchs in a media front were largely rebuffed, and part of the mobilization that did succeed was not coordinated with the embassy. Of the war period, she says, "We were all busy in Kiev in a struggle with the media. I tried to work with Jews, some of them in the media. They are very good people, but I simply reached the conclusion that we were not working with them as we should be."
The text also reveals the total interference in the medias of a sovereign nation by the embassy people of a small state who are stationed in that nation´s capital. Ben Ami reveals that "much of the Ukrainian media is owned by Jewish businessmen" and who according to the Israeli emissar are "very good people", which should be interpreted as they being pro-Zionist. During the murderous Israeli assault on Lebanon 2006 the public relations image of Israel, as it massacred Lebanese civilians, was rightly severely blackened - what Ben Ami calls the "anti-Israel line". But here the representative of the Jewish state, Ben Ami, via her influential Jewish media channels directly interferes in the way the Ukrainians should perceive this Jewish-Israeli massacre. "We were all busy in Kiev in a struggle with the media", she states, and Ha´aretz tells of "Ben Ami's efforts to enlist the local oligarchs in a media front".
Imagine that the ambassador of an Arab state in a Western country, like Britain (if there were Arab media oligarchs owning disproportionally much of the British medias), trying to coordinate these media-Arabs in pro-Arab propaganda for British public consumption, as that very Arab state was invading and massacring the citizens of a neighbouring non-Arab state. Would that be a tolerable situation?
The above quotes prove what has long been said about the Yushchenko regime and also explain the so called Western medias support of this ridiculous figure. The article also ones for all proves that there are powerful Jewish oligarchs in Ukraine - just like we have always said - actually owning most of the media, and that the Israeli embassy tries to coordinate these Ukrainian media-Jews in their effort for pro-Israel propaganda.
The situation is very similar in Britain where influential British Jews also have been coordinating their pro-Israel efforts with the aid of the Israeli embassy. The London-based Jewish Chronicle reported that Brian Kerner, former chair of Joint Israel Appeal argued that there was "the need for a body able to orchestrate British Jewry's political and public relations" after the year 2000 outbreak of the Second Intifada. The day after it began, fifty Jewish leaders met with the Israeli ambassador and "raised an initial £250,000 fund for pro-Israel lobbying and public relations".
Jewish media actors in their respective countries in the so called "Diaspora" readily lend their services for their Jewish state of Israel - that they perceive as their true homeland - and thus aid in spreading anti-Arab/anti-Muslim and pro-Israel propaganda.

Jewish Mafia Takes Over Ukrainian Television
According to an article in the April 5, 1997 N.Y. Times, "TV Venture by Cosmetics Heir Raises Questions," Zionist mogul and former U.S. ambassador to Austria Ronald Lauder, has united with Vadim Rabinovich, a Ukrainian millionaire who spent nine years in prison for theft and has ties to the Jewish mafia in Ukraine, to build a media empire--Central European Media Enterprises-- in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
The Jewish owned Central European Media controls television stations in seven East European countries in the region. Ukrainian TV is controlled by its subsidiary, the Studio 11 Group, its local partner in Kiev.
Rabinovich is linked to Grigory Loutchansky, a Russian-Jew, whose company, Nordex, is believed to be a front for the Russian-Jewish mafia.
The Times says, "Rabinovich was jailed from 1982 to 1990 for theft from the state. He said in an interview that he had been chief of a construction brigade and had sold goods to private customers. He said he had committed no real crime and had been persecuted for being Jewish.
"...Central European Media sought to expand into Ukraine a year ago. At the outset, Fertig (its chief of operations) said, its representatives were referred to Rabinovich and his partners by a close adviser and assistant to President Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine, who praised the Ukraine group. And when questions arose about the legality of the broadcast license received by the joint venture, the same presidential adviser obtained a letter declaring that the license had been awarded properly.
"...(C)oncerns about his business activities led the British government to bar Loutchansky from entering the country...An intelligence summary prepared by a Western government, and corroborated by senior U.S. diplomats, said Ostex, one of Rabinovich's companies, had been created as an arm of Nordex, a claim that Rabinovich disputed.
"In the interview in his office in a modern building in Kiev, Rabinovich said he had worked with Nordex for about a year but had broken off the relationship two years ago because of bad publicity about Loutchansky. He said his companies, which are engaged in many businesses, had only legitimate interests...
"Lauder, whose mother founded Estee Lauder Cosmetics, created Central European Media in 1994. He predicted last year that the company would have annual revenues of $1 billion within five years, but it has run up steady losses to date. The company reported last month that it lost $30 million in 1996 compared with losses of $18.7 million in 1995 and $20.5 million in 1994.
"When the company sought to enter the Ukraine market a year ago, Fertig said, its executives were referred to Rabinovich and his partners in Studio 11 by Oleksandra Volkov, an assistant and close adviser to Kuchma. Western diplomats and businessmen said Volkov also owned a piece of Studio 11, but Fertig said he was unaware of that investment.
"Along with the recommendation from the presidential adviser, the company executives also were impressed by a photograph in Rabinovich's office that showed him with President Clinton and Vice President Al Gore, according to a person close to the company.
"The photograph was taken in late 1995 at a Democratic fund-raising party in Miami, Rabinovich said. He said he had not donated money to the Democrats but had been invited to the event by Bennett LeBow, an American businessman whose interests include Liggett Group, the big cigarette manufacturer.
"...Last summer Central European Media negotiated a partnership agreement with Studio 11 Group that gave the American company a 50 percent economic interest in the operation, which was broadcasting about five hours a day on Ukrainian television.
"Studio 11 received a license last fall to expand its broadcast time on Ukraine's commercial channel, UT 2, to nine hours a day, including prime time. The license, also sought by other companies, was issued despite a moratorium imposed by Parliament.
"...The Ukraine deal is important to Central European Media. In a stock offering last fall, which raised $132 million, the company said the Ukraine partnership had more than doubled its market reach.
"A cablegram from the embassy to the State Department in Washington in September raised questions about Rabinovich's background and said he was 'largely considered beyond the reach of the law in Ukraine', according to a copy provided to The New York Times."

Soros makes no bones about the interventionist nature of his role in Ukraine. At one point, he remarked, jocularly, "If this isn't meddling in the affairs of a foreign nation, I don't know what is!" — Connie Bruck
I quote from two sources. Below, I present excerpts, in the order in which they appear, with my own green headings, from Connie Bruck's The World According to Soros, The New Yorker, 23-Jan-1995. Below that, I present two excerpts from a Bohdan Hawrylyshyn article in the Ukrainian Weekly of 28-Feb-1999 which throw additional light on the phenomenon of George Soros.
Ukraine's own Mother Theresa. Of course it is always a bit of mystery to see someone like George Soros behaving philanthropically, giving away vast sums of money merely to do good to others. To Ukraine, George Soros appears in the guise of a selfless Mother Theresa — and yet selflessness is such a rare trait that when it makes its appearance, some observers can only stand and stare at it in wonder, and sometimes even in disbelief.
Part time philanthropist, part time plunderer? How to avoid noticing that this particular philanthropist's career consists in getting rich by taking money away from others in a vast, international poker game, in which no goods or services trade hands, and in which the only goal is to pauperize all opponents by outwitting them? How does a poker player who thrives under the guidance of this motivation find room in his personality for selfless philanthropy? How can such a philanthropist manage to avoid viewing the very people that he is giving money to as sheep that he will be able to shear tomorrow just like the sheep that he sheared yesterday? Had it been the case that subsequent to George Soros's intervention in Ukraine, the nation had prospered, then we would be obligated to consider thanking him. But as, instead, Ukraine has instead been plundered, what thanks are owed George Soros? — Perhaps that without his intervention, Ukraine would have been plundered even worse?
Or full time plunderer? More cynical observers might tend to quite a different view — that George Soros disburses his funds primarily to buy a controlling interest in the government of the nation that he purports to help, even while scattering beads and mirrors to the natives in the streets. Their turn to top up George Soros's coffers will not be long in arriving.
Or maybe just a Zionist? The most cynical of all observers might note that George Soros is a member of a group that has demonstrated itself to be hostile to the success of the Ukrainian state, and that in fact has an overriding interest in a Ukrainian economic collapse.
Any harm in George Soros? Is there evidence that George Soros works to injure Ukraine? The Ukrainian Archive lacks the resources to systematically gather such evidence. This is a job for the Ukrainian press, which, however, Leonid Kuchma has made giant strides toward intimidating and suppressing what he has been unable to buy up. Not likely, therefore, that the Ukrainian press will ever discover that Leonid Kuchma first strode upon the world stage as a George Soros flunkey. Curious that George "Mother Theresa" Soros is unable to prevail upon his protégé, Leonid Kuchma, to allow afree press — one might have imagined that in his selfless efforts to modernize Ukraine, a free press would have been among Soros's most urgent goals. But instead, despite all of George Soros's efforts, somehow Ukraine has ended up with the press of a police state, in which journalists are sued, harassed, beaten, and assassinated. Despite such daunting obstacles to arriving at a clear view of what is happening, suggestive clues that George Soros works to injure Ukraine do emerge.
Don't invest in terminal cases. For example, George Soros does invest in Russia, but does not invest in Ukraine — a discrepancy whose explanation might be that Soros is aware that the plan for Ukraine, but not for Russia, is economic collapse. If anyone can think of any other explanation for the combination of George Soros holding particular sway over Ukraine, and yet for George Soros designating Ukraine as the only country that is nurtured by his philanthropy and yet that he refuses to invest in, I would like to hear what that alternative explanation is. As investment may be considered to be one of the most efficient forms of philanthropy, we are faced here with a major incongruity.
Stealing Ukrainian brains for Russia? For another example, Net-Moscow Times-14Oct97 reports that George Soros donated $100 million to promote Internet access in Russian universities, but mentions no corresponding figure for Ukraine. If the figure for Ukraine is zero, or disproportionately less than for Russia, then the effect will be to draw Ukrainian brains to Russia, than which there could be no more devastating injury to Ukraine.
Saving a country by giving travel grants to its scientists. On top of that, evidence bearing on the possibility of a long-standing Soros policy to drain Ukraine of its brains may be found in the UKAR discussion — What's George Soros up to? — that travel grants may have as their chief goal the emigration or Ukrainian brains out of Ukraine.
He who pays the piper calls the tune. Another thought that the following quotations are capable of eliciting in some restless minds. That one way of guessing the likelihood that an individual will work toward the success of the Ukrainian State is to count the number of internal y's in his surname, or to see if it has some such ending as iuk or iak or yshyn or enko. Quite a different way, which does not always give the same answer as the first way, is to notice whose payroll he is on.
